The staff are very helpful. We need to change money and also find a pharmacy on a Sunday, and they were able to drive us to a place for both these purposes. The food is very good, and the pastries are amazing. Thank you, Boulevard Palace.

I would choose this property again for convenience. However, the stay was average. Furnishings are traditional, but adequate. Some aspects of room needs updating. Due to Electrical Grid issues, power outages occasional, but this is universal in Monrovia. Breakfast was good. I did not use any amenities.

The staff in the reception area were fabulous. The hotel was a tad tired and there was no where except the inside rooftop outside the restaurant to sit. This is also where some of the hotel management (headchef and owners perhaps) spent a lot of their time.
There was a collaboration with a pool site which was a complete disappointment. It was tired, in a complex that felt abandoned and the pool was dirty. This was shared with the front office staff that it shouldn’t be recommended to any guests.
The cleanliness in the rooms was not impeccable and the toilet kept breaking.
The gym was ok.
All in all, front desk and restaurant staff were lovely. The rest was tired.
