帝国餐厅酒店（前华美达酒店）

房間過於悶熱，要跟櫃檯索取電風扇 飯店沒有熱水，要到酒吧索取很不方便

酒店位于老城区，很方便。属于旧建筑物的酒店，经过翻新和重新装修。酒店服务员服务态度非常好，值得称赞。

員工服務態度親切，房間擺設華麗，位置鄰近觀景區

房間很大,有古典歐陸的風格,服務員態度很好,除幫忙整理行李,還詳細講解房間各設備的使用方法。地點很好,附近已是觀光景點

Great night spent for the new year eve at Imperial. We had good view for the firework too!

The location is great, just in the old town. The breakfast is also very nice. Facilities in the room is very thoughtful, they have everything I need. Internet is fast and free. The only disadvantage is the bed is too soft. But I really recommend this hotel.

Störande ljud från ventilation men fick hjälp att byta rum. Väldigt trevligt bemötande av hotellets personal.

First class staff and the feeling of luxury all around…. Breakfast buffet And cook to order included… spa was excellent… and the location could not be beat!

Well located hotel. But not a 5 star in any way. Very outdated.

Amazing service, good quality of food and drinks. Breakfast is of high class and well presented. Definitely coming back when I am in Vilnius.

This hotel looks older than I expected but it’s beautiful. I loved my room. I was late arriving as arrived on a late train. The receptionist was extremely welcoming. I was left a small bottle of Prosecco, 2 small muffins and 2 bottles of water as my VIP gifts. I sincerely appreciated these after my rather long journey. The train station is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. While the hotel overlooks a square with several restaurants - it was extremely quiet and I didn’t hear any noise from the street. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights but only had breakfast on two occasions as I left at 3.20am on my last day. I was asked if I wanted a breakfast box but I declined. The buffet breakfast had lots of choices. I was disappointed it was only available on the Saturday morning at 8am as I was anxious to eat early. It also was a little disorganised when I arrived with several items not being available for 15-20 minutes later. There was other people waiting to go in when I arrived down also. I want to particularly mention the young male receptionist and I am sorry I didn’t get his name. He arranged my taxi for me to get to the airport the morning I left. I had asked him about it the night before. He told me the estimated price and walked me to the door to ensure I got into it safely. As a female solo traveller I sincerely appreciate this extremely courteous gesture and want to thank him again. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here when I next visit Vilnius.

Ilmastointi ei oikeen toiminut ja omo kovaääninen. Wc ssä tosi kuuma. Muuten kaikki ok. Aamiainen tosi hyvä.

Prima hotel

Lovely room with very efficient cleaning. Staff very helpful. Excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Mycket trevligt hotell. Mycket bra läge. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam. Frukosten okey. Rummen lite små. Vi hade double luxury deluxe vilket var som ett standard dubbelrum.

Viehättävän vanhalla tavalla loistelias hotelli, jossa piccolo kantaa laukut puolestasi. Erinomainen palvelu ja siisteys. Aamiainen on erittäin runsas ja laadukas, tarjolla on kaikkea mahdollista ja jopa kuohuviiniä. Sijainti on hyvä vanhassa kaupungissa lähellä kaikkea. Ainoa pieni miinus tulee siitä, että ilmastointi ei ole riittävän tehokas 27 asteen helteellä. Huoneissa on lisäksi myös hyvä jalkatuuletin, joka auttaa asiaa.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ammattimaista ja palveluhenkistä.
