We spent 3nights at the Imperial and it was a superb hotel. They were able to accommodate an early check in for one of the 2 rooms which was super helpful and they had the other ready efficiently. Theblift wasn't working during our stay but the reception staff helped with bags and also stored our pushchair for us as we were travelling with a baby. The breakfast was tasty and served in a lovely room with friendly staff who were also very efficient. We had an issue on the last day that a payment had been taken from the cards held to the room in error. The staff were very apologetic and while it took a few days to sort out the money was returned to our cards. Overall a great hotel with splendid, if not ostentatious, decor and helpful, friendly staff. Would 100% recommend.

I left some comments when I checked in, but I will follow up. I love Vilnius, and I love Imperial Hotel & Restaurant! For my own personal needs, there was so much walkability I didn't even spend much money, except for the moon drum @ Art Forest Cafe and Good Coffee in Uzupis. (Worth it) I had the same nice female leaving as when I arrived and we had a great conversation when I left. She told me some things about Vilnius that I wanted to know and genuinely seemed interested in me. I'm no narcissist, but, at times, it can be hard to find someone where you can have an actual give and take conversation without them plowing over you, or it's over when they've told you all about themselves. It's possible I would return to Vilnius, and if do, it will be at this stay. Thank you

Localisation idéale. Mais pas de parking, et attention, le parking recommandé est à 2,50€ de l’heure. Sinon j’ai dû avoir là plus petite chambre de l’hôtel… lit double ridiculement petit. SDB pas à la hauteur (serviette contre les WC, pommeau de douche qui part dans tous les sens + jointure mal faite = écoulement partout obligatoire). Bof. Petit-déjeuner : je n’ai jamais vu une salle aussi petite (jus d’orange mauvais). J’ai pu en revanche profiter du SPA (à réserver à l’avance), c’était top. Personnel sympathique.

Keskeisestä sijainnista huolimatta erittäin turvallinen ja rauhallinen paikka. Huoneet ovat vanhan ajan glamouria. Meitä ilahduttivat kristallilasit huoneissa ja runsas minibaari. Aamupalalla oli paljon vaihtoehtoja ja tasokkaat ruoat. Kylpyosasto oli erittäin pieni, mutta sinne pääsi maksutta ja se oli soma. Hyvä höyrysauna.

Such a beautiful hotel! Everyone was so nice, and while there was a minor hiccup up on my arrival, Dinas at the front desk didn't just rectify the situation, he went above and beyond to ensure that the rest of my stay was nothing short of magical. That right there is the type of hotel employee I only wish I could encounter everywhere I go. Already recommended this hotel to any friends I know who are coming to Vilnius. And a special shoutout to Ramunas at the tapas bar for the great conversations we had over the course of the weekend, and Anna for also helping on Dinas' day off. I can't wait to come back!!

Hotelli on vähän vanhahtava, mutta sijainti erinomainen. Meillä oli Junior Suite, sisustettu venäläisittäin, ihan ok. Isona miinuksena huoneen jäähdytys ei toiminut lainkaan. Edellisenä päivänä Vilnassa oli +32c ja nukkumisesta tuli tukalan kuumaa. AC oli keskitetty laite, eli todennäköisesti koko hotellissa oli ongelmia ilmastoinnin kanssa. Aamupala oli ihan ok, mutta ei viiden tähden hotellin veroinen
