The location is excellent. The staffs are really helpful. Coffee and tea are provided in the room. The WIFI is good. We can find restaurants, bar, pubs, misc. shops and bus stops in 5 mins walk. A perfect place.

The hotel was very nice and the room was exceptionally quiet, though quite small. There was barely enough room to open two medium sized suitcases, but we managed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed several hours so we arrived well after midnight. The night desk clerk watched for our taxi and came out to help us with our luggage. The breakfast was delicious with many options and the bottles of still and sparkling water in the rooms were a nice amenity. The location made it easy to get around, though some streets nearby felt a bit sketchy. With free transportation within Luxembourg, it was easy to get to various sights. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Sentralt hotell, rett ved siden av jernbanestasjonen, perfekt om du skal bruke toget litt. Også trikkestopp ikke langt unna, og gangavstand til andre sentrale steder i byen, jeg vekslet mellom å gå og ta trikken. Aitcondition fungerte bra, personalet og renhold var som det skal være. Prøvde ikke frokosten.

The property has AC which was a big plus. The hotel was clean and it had an elevator to our room, but not all rooms have access to an elevator. The room was very small and was difficult to maneuver because of the sloped ceilings. Close to train station. Not an ideal location for dining and shopping.

Room was lovely, I had a single room which was small but perfect for what I needed. The location was great. Right next to the train station where the airport bus drops you and easy walk in to the Old Town. Breakfast was good too.
Staff were great once you found them! That was the only negative. There was no one permanently on reception so I always had to go hunting for someone when I wanted them. I arrived late at night and the front doors had been closed. There was a note giving a mobile phone number to call to be allowed in. At that point I didn’t have a data plan to be able to do this so luckily a guest outside let me in. I then had to join the wifi to call to find the staff member to get my key. Hassle that I didn’t need late at night when I just wanted to sleep.
Other than that it was great and I would stay again.

Dejligt og centralt placeret. Meget lækker morgenmad og meget roligt. Venligt personale. Var 33 grader udenfor, og værelset var dejligt køligt. En lille city-pod og meget dejligt at have egen indgang. Jeg rejste alene, og værelset er helt perfekt til en soloferie.

Not a 4-star hotel. Things were broken in the room including a broken magnifying mirror with the mirror missing and the frame hanging askew. An exceptionally small room, even my European standards. We could. It even open our suitcases on the floor. We got a good deal on it, so we made it work, vbut we’ll stay somewhere else next time we’re in Lux
