酒店有點難找，但內裡裝修很好，又乾淨，設備也足夠！ 很好

2박 예약했고, 셀프 체크인/체크아웃이었는데 도착 전부터 세심하게 챙겨주셨고, sns로 소통하는데 낮/새벽시간 다 바로 답을 해주셔서 전혀 불편함이 없었어요! 수건 요청/ 짐 맡기고 찾기 등 바로바로 친절하게 응대해주셔서 정말 편하게 이용했습니당~~ 방도 깨끗하고 시원했고 수압도 괜찮았어요! 똥쟁이부부라서 신경쓰였는데 아주 잘 이용했습니다 ㅋㅋ 드라이기, 냉장고, 다리미, 어메니티 등 다 있습니다 가성비 숙소로 완전 추천해요 위치도 맛집과 여기저기 다니기 너무 좋고 바로 밑에 야시장 같은거도 하더라구요. 근처에 편의점이랑 한국마트도 있습니다. 단점은 엘베가 없다는 것과 열쇠로 문 여는 방식이 조금 어려웠어요 ㅋㅋ 그치만 이해될 정도로 만족하고 이용햇습니다. 굳~~~

普段口コミを投稿しないが、あまりにも素晴らしかったので星5です！WhatsAppですぐに対応、ラフレシアの事前問い合わせなどもしていただきいたれり尽せりだった。本当に綺麗でサービスがきめ細やかで言うことがなかった。この値段でここまで良心的なサービスは人生初です！

모두가 너무 친절하고 시설도 깨끗합니다

朝早くのフライトだったので朝早く空港に行く予定（AM5:00）だったのですが、whatsappで重い荷物を降ろすことをお願いすると、普段のスタッフ対応時間より2時間ほど早い時間のにも関わらず、時間ちょうどに対応してくれました。本当に助かりました。

I was worried because the residence doesn’t have a reception, but communication was excellent, and the staff are nearby to respond quickly. The staff are very friendly, and the room is extremely clean and tidy. There are many places to visit nearby, so the location is great. It was the best accommodation.

Didn't like the area before and going up the stairs

Very nice hotel, clean, no nonsense, and extremely quick reply. The bed was super comfortable and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and very clean room. No escaping the fact that the location is not very nice and views are of industrial sites. No lift, loud AC and room smelled like petrol.

AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. Once inside, we were shown to our room which was pleasantly quite spacious! It was simple but yet so cosy. The room was also really clean and tidy. Getting around was quite easy as well. Located in between Suria Sabah and Imago Shopping Mall, we didn't need to walk far to both places. The best thing about it was the service we received. Need 2 bottles of water, BAM, we received 4 in the next minute. Communication via whatsapp was prompt and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great room and service!

フロントがない事には驚いたけど室内も清潔。何事にも親切で日本語でもGoogle翻訳で可能な限り対応してくれた。空港へのgrabの手配もしてくれた。

Huoneiston seinät olivat huonossa kunnossa ja varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa oli todella epämiellyttävä haju. Vuode oli kuitenkin siisti eikä ötököitä näkynyt. Ovien lukot olivat miltei mahdottomia avata ja sulkea avaimilla. Ympäristö oli slummimainen ja rauhaton.

It was very nice experience staying at this hotel ! Especially, the staff was the best staff I have ever seen in my life. Very kind, very fast response, and they did their best.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The recent renovation works have been completed to a high standard, using high spec fixtures and fittings. Very good location for local amenities, restuarants, shopping malls, etc. The only downside is being located on the 2nd storey, as we had several suitcases. However, the owner was very helpful in carrying the cases up the stairs.

The room is spacious and clean. The host responded to questions within minutes.

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. There are plenty of great restaurants and food options nearby as well. The host was especially kind and extremely responsive. I’ve never experienced such hospitality before. Overall, a fantastic experience!
