浴室熱水要開近5分鐘才有溫度！房間內飲用水過濾器過期了也沒有更換濾芯，引致水流很慢！更差的是泳池的管理及設施！池水渾濁及帶有鹹味，沒有救生員，沒有更衣室及儲物櫃、梳洗空間，只是在廁所裏面設淋浴間。男職員帶女客人去洗手間時直接打開女洗手間的門。職員的態度不友善。整體來說這間酒店的水平很低，下次不會入住！

客房嘅枱面有啲漬都冇抹乾淨，其他就OK。

地點方便，酒店及房間設施很好

冷氣溫度不好調整，而且都對著頭部吹，其他都不錯

交通方便及很寧靜可以幾分鐘步行到旺區，值得推介。

Good location. Only a few minute walk to convenient stores, food stall, shopping centre and restaurants. KLCC is about 10 min walk away. Room is very spacious. The only minor thing is the housekeepers are hard to communicate in English, but it could be sorted out anyway.

Air cons is very loud

Our room was located at 51 floor and so have nice city view. Good location, about 10-15 mins walk to Twin Tower. Toilet sliding door is extremely heavy! That’s a small kitchen with cups, bowls and plates available. No bottle water supplied while 3M (as advised) water filter available that water is direct drinkable. Friendly concierge at main entrance with warm greetings every time we came back hotel. Free coffee supplied 24 hours at 40 floor!

交通方便，四通八達，食肆較少，景觀非常好，可看到雙子塔其中一座，還有城中城公園。樓下有便利店，但浴室毛巾有些污漬。

Pro - The hotel is new and the room is kind of big, the view is good Con- the towel is a bit dirty, some of them has green dots on the white towel makes it looks so dirty. When I checked in at the reception, the staff didn’t tell me I am eligible for free coffee and snacks in the restaurant During my stay, I found out finally on the last day I checked out as I wait for my cab in the restaurant to send me to airport
