房內失修，花灑損壞，但地點方便，床褥舒服

非常好的体验

Very poor service! On the day i checked out, the receptionist asked me to wait for around 5-10 mins for checking room. After 10 mins, no one told me that i could leave. i asked the receptionist if they were still checking the room. He said that i could go now. The problem was that i would keep waiting if i did not ask the receptionist.

This residence is fantastic if you are spending some time in KL. We were here for 3 weeks working, and it was a home away from home. Comfortable, clean, quiet. Enough room to spread out. The staff are lovely, accommodating, and very helpful, if you need assistance. Close to bars, restaurants, shopping malls etc. Lovely pool and a smashing view from the apartment.

カプセルコーヒーがマシンに合わない以外、ほかは全部快適空間を与えて、最高でした。次回また来る予定です。

地址寧靜及方便，服務態度非常好

離酒吧街亞羅街很近，但環境很安静。房間很大，装修也挺好

酒店位於高尚地區, 很寧靜, 要步行約十分鐘才有便利店。客房整體滿意，只覺得洗手盆位大鏡位燈光比較暗。

Spacious and nice pool, room is clean. I personally dislike sofa in cloth. Both other just perfect.

CO 值超高的apartment! 服務員個個都很好包括保安服務都一流。鄰近酒吧街，有幾檔串燒同小炒檔，又有便利店。茨廠街同中央廣場車程都不遠，吉隆坡不二之選。

地點不太方便，每次都需要坐車出入，行上去是可以，但當一日玩完再行斜路回洒店是有點吃力，我們訂了3室豪華房，酒店房間很舒適，很寬敞，值得一住，員工友善！如再去，下次會繼續入住！

A wonderful staff & reception service for a residence apartment which is rare in the market. I would like to thanks a staff reception called Mr. Aqi who ever has good & touching on-site service to us. He is not only having a detail but quick check-in services & respond to our enquires, but also having a good help to us. We spent 2 nights here, while my wife paid for a painting photo by an artist in Bukit Bintang. However, the artist can't deliver on time before we checked out the next day late afternoon. Mr. Aqi helped us collect the painting and then deliver to our next hotel staying at Sunway as he told he is living home nearby sunway personally. I'm quite appreciated for his help to solve our problem while travelling as actually as it's out of his normal job requirement. Once again, thanks your help! We stayed a 2-room residence which is very spacious > 1800sqft, with all kitchen equipment, washing machine & dryer, etc. Daily keeping is very good & clean enough. I give 9.5 against 10, as the air-con heat release machine outside the window creates noise at the master room. this one needs to improve to optimize the sleeping quality!

從未試過2000平方呎丶房間非常大丶好舒適丶行去阿羅街腳程 10分鐘丶非常方便丶好適合一家大細有老有嫩👍👍👍

飯店離捷運站有一點距離步行約15分鐘 途中有上下坡 但離酒吧街很近 步行約5分鐘 但最近的便利店也是在酒吧街 飯店有泳池與健身房 但這次沒使用到無法評論 但從飯店往泳池看蠻漂亮的 房間內的電器用品齊全 洗碗機、烘乾機、冰箱、洗衣機、熨斗、烤箱、微波爐都有 很舒適的一間飯店

It’s a very nice hotel. The room is clean n comfortable. It’s close to Jalan Alor night market.

全包公寓什麼都有 廚房餐具齊全 洗衣機烘乾機也有 可惜廁所有點問題 一直有一股悶悶的排泄物不通的味道不太好受

升级了套房，三室，虽然我们只有两个人。离阿罗街酒吧街都很近，走路几分钟就到

舒適而愉快，服務員能幫到忙，熱心助人。在房間中能欣賞到雙子塔及城市景色。房間大而寬敞，令到有度假的感覺。
