Second time staying here with family and we really appreciate the excellent service from the Lanson Place personnel: the security guards, front desk receptionist, and the luggage attendant. The 3-bedroom apartment itself is very clean, very spacious with complete amenities with (kitchen with complete kitchenware, huge refrigerator even with dishwasher). We are looking forward to stay again! :)

Cleanest place we've stayed in. Nice big rooms with a quality feel and brilliant views. Had an issue with a neighbour which was resolved promptly and a gift of fruit even though not the hotels fault. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The bedroom itself was a good size, had enough cupboard space for clothes. The kitchen was brilliant, had all the appliances; dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer which made it SO easy for us to wash clothes especially with a little one. The first apartment; the bathroom had a nasty sewer like smell on the night of the first stay, I raised this with concierge and they said they will send somebody to check. So they checked and cleaned the drain they said, however I had the same issue next day and also that evening. I asked for a room change because I honestly couldn't stand the smell. Eventually on day 3 if I remember correctly, we had a room swap on the night of. Bellboy and another staff member helped me take out everything from the room to the new one, new room had no smell issues at all. Room 4505 was the smelly one, moved to 4705 and that was fine. AVOID room 4505.

Was an amazing stay we got a high floor room and were able to see menara KL from our room. Truly breathtaking views and staff were nice and accommodating. The area is nice with pavilion, TRX and even patronas in less than 30 mins walking distance.

チェックインの時間より早く着いたにも関わらず、チェックインの手配をしてくれたのと、タクシーの手配までしてくれました。部屋は、ベッドルームが２つとシャワー、バスタブ付き風呂、リビング、書斎ととても広かったです！ プールも広々としていて、端っこに子どもの遊具もありました。部屋の中には室内着がなかったのが、少し困りましたが、食器や大きい冷蔵庫・冷凍庫、洗濯機、フライパンなど生活できるものは全て揃っていました。 少し歩くと、チャイナタウンにもアロー通りにも行けます。朝食はメニューが少し少なかったですが、景色はとてもきれいです。また、次に行くときは泊まりたいと思います。

The Lanson was exceptional. We arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated us with an early check in. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. Serviced everyday, spotless. The pool was amazing. The front desk staff and security were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and night market. Highly recommended.

Have stayed here 4 times since 2018 for holidays with family. Property is clean. Good location to city and food places. Bathrooms are clean. Rooms are serviced well everyday . The property is in need of modernising with smart tvs required in bedrooms and lounge room. It is an expensive place to stay. The internet is terrible. If I could give 1 star for that I would. This needs to be upgraded!! Overall though it’s a good stay. But I’m not sure I would stay again with the lack of quality internet and smart TVs. This is only based on what you are spending to stay here and I was required to still do some work on computer as I run my own business.

I have travelled all over the world and i must say, this place was one of the best. Booked a one bedroom apartment, cleaners always came to tidy my room. Staff were very friendly and kind. No issues at the property. Good selection of breakfast, could be better if there was a wider selection however was good enough for us. Will be recommending to friends and family

Cleanest place we've stayed in. Nice big rooms with a quality feel and brilliant views. Had an issue with a neighbour which was resolved promptly and a gift of fruit even though not the hotels fault. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again.

The cleaning staff abruptly entered the room without a bell or a knock when there was no cleani g needed at all for the day we checked in. Felt unsafe.

The bedroom itself was a good size, had enough cupboard space for clothes. The kitchen was brilliant, had all the appliances; dishwasher, sink, microwave oven, oven, washing machine and tumble dryer which made it SO easy for us to wash clothes especially with a little one. The first apartment; the bathroom had a nasty sewer like smell on the night of the first stay, I raised this with concierge and they said they will send somebody to check. So they checked and cleaned the drain they said, however I had the same issue next day and also that evening. I asked for a room change because I honestly couldn't stand the smell. Eventually on day 3 if I remember correctly, we had a room swap on the night of. Bellboy and another staff member helped me take out everything from the room to the new one, new room had no smell issues at all. Room 4505 was the smelly one, moved to 4705 and that was fine. AVOID room 4505.

Was an amazing stay we got a high floor room and were able to see menara KL from our room. Truly breathtaking views and staff were nice and accommodating. The area is nice with pavilion, TRX and even patronas in less than 30 mins walking distance.

チェックインの時間より早く着いたにも関わらず、チェックインの手配をしてくれたのと、タクシーの手配までしてくれました。部屋は、ベッドルームが２つとシャワー、バスタブ付き風呂、リビング、書斎ととても広かったです！ プールも広々としていて、端っこに子どもの遊具もありました。部屋の中には室内着がなかったのが、少し困りましたが、食器や大きい冷蔵庫・冷凍庫、洗濯機、フライパンなど生活できるものは全て揃っていました。 少し歩くと、チャイナタウンにもアロー通りにも行けます。朝食はメニューが少し少なかったですが、景色はとてもきれいです。また、次に行くときは泊まりたいと思います。

The Lanson was exceptional. We arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated us with an early check in. The 2 bedroom apartment was beautiful. Serviced everyday, spotless. The pool was amazing. The front desk staff and security were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and night market. Highly recommended.

Have stayed here 4 times since 2018 for holidays with family. Property is clean. Good location to city and food places. Bathrooms are clean. Rooms are serviced well everyday . The property is in need of modernising with smart tvs required in bedrooms and lounge room. It is an expensive place to stay. The internet is terrible. If I could give 1 star for that I would. This needs to be upgraded!! Overall though it’s a good stay. But I’m not sure I would stay again with the lack of quality internet and smart TVs. This is only based on what you are spending to stay here and I was required to still do some work on computer as I run my own business.

I have travelled all over the world and i must say, this place was one of the best. Booked a one bedroom apartment, cleaners always came to tidy my room. Staff were very friendly and kind. No issues at the property. Good selection of breakfast, could be better if there was a wider selection however was good enough for us. Will be recommending to friends and family
