Beautiful beach walk and soothing wave sounds! Strange smell at the restaurant.

酒店地点在沙灘旁寧靜，但出入不太方便，早餐食品豐富，泳池很多時間沒有陽光，有的涼，浴室地下濕了有点滑，小心跣倒。

電視機不能開, 打了兩次電話都沒有人來維修或檢查, 最終走的時候都開沒有人跟進. 早餐算是多元化, 最好吃是印度薄餅.

房間整潔, 服務員很友善, 環境很美

酒店的設施不錯，沙灘景十分好。

Pleasant, should upgrade standard of buffet, don’t mind paying more. Seaside activities are good, breakfast was good

Our experience was good and i would definitely return to this hotel again.

The room is dirty and cleanses. They are not rocha he the blanket. The bathroom is bad.

The bedroom facing the sea is marvelous. The facilities including the swimming pool and gymnasium are relaxing.

Good service and view as well With a good room price

We arrived at 4pm but the rooms were not ready. We requested to add shower gel about ten times during our two nights stay but was never filled up. The service sucks.

太多旅行團入住，職員工作量不能升任，態度極之不耐煩！housekeeping 清潔馬虎，入住期間只換上必須品，沒有認l真打掃，地下毛髮，浴室發霉！

I stayed in this hotel for four nights. This hotel has a good location (though far from Georgetown) and the staff are totally friendly and passionate about their job! The only pity thing was, my hotel room was faced the street view, not the beach view. And there is not many breakfast place near the hotel. But I will still recommend my friends who go to Penang to stay at this hotel.

Front desk service is good while the housekeeping is a bit below level.

good location, just nearby the beach, the room is comfortable, service is good. But , the swimming pool is too small.
