Request late check in. dah call hotel untuk confirmation late check in & mereka noted. Sampai je dekat hotel takde orang kat front desk dan pintu berkunci (this part takde problem sebab pintu memang sepatutnya berkunci). Lepas call no yang ada dekat depan glass door lobby, staff tu angkat kol & ckp takde “ayaq takde ayaq takde ayaq” almost 10times dan conversation tu makan masa 3-5minit dengan ayat takde air takde air. And my husband said takpe bang sebab kita nak tidur je dari jauh datang (I'm from Selangor), then that staff cakap Arau dah 2 hari takde air. Then my husband said, takpe bang saya cuma nak stay saja plus kami dah bayar pun booking ni. So dia minta kami tunggu, dalam 5 minit dia buka pintu depan lobby dan husband masuk untuk process check in. And yes nama husband ada dalam sistem. Paling sedih adalah dalam bilik elok je ada air, kenapa staff tu perlu tipu? Ke sebab dia dah sedap tidur lepas tu malas nak layan customer?
