Excellent services, quite location but next to shopping mall. Nice view and swimming pool, excellent service at breakfast with delicious food. Their staff are fully aware of prevention of covid19. Highly Recommended!

The price is very reasonable. Very spacious, well equipped. The staff were all very nice.

雖然hotel.com 提供的床型和實際的有出入，酒店方面完全不理會客人的感受，不作任何幫忙，尤其是前台的Mr Naji, 只推了一張污糟邋遢嘅流動床，還用推床的木板來做床頭板！簡直嚇死人，我係訂萬豪酒店唔係去痞街，這間酒店竟然可以咁樣對待客人，令我大吃一驚！搞到半夜唯有痞一晚，之後Hotel.com給我轉了另一間酒店。

浴室沒熱水反應了兩天，第三天半夜生氣了才幫我換房間

The breakfast is so nice to try . Room is big enough for kids.

Check in was slow despite having had email correspondences prior to arriving. Room request (3 rooms booked) was acknowledged over email, but denied at check in.

Booked thr family suite Upon checking in, room smelt of smoke on a non smoking floor. Instead of changing my room, they sent someone to spray air freshner into rhe vents. The next day, the master toilet had sewage smell The walls, door and ceiling are "paper thin" so much so that every night, we were awakened to the stomping through till midnight.

Our recent stay in May 2026 was not so pleasant. Here are the things which the hotel needs to work on: 1) the sofa bed was not a proper sofa bed. Its merely a sofa which they would cover it in the bedsheet 2) there was a cigarette smell from the toilet 3) the kids play area at the kids pool is not properly maintained. The ground is covered with slippery mould and algae which is very disgusting 4) the kids pool water is dirty and not visibly clear 5) for the kids night camp, they blasted the loudspeaker and placed it directly next to where the kids are seated. The hotel should make use of the space at the main lobby area/level1 to have more activities for families.

Nice spacious, new and clean room. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Rooms are not soundproof though - can hear the main door slam next door. View was looking at the dirty roof of the walkway. Breakfast was surprisingly quite limited. Roti Canai and the Malay selection was quite tasty. Beans used for the espresso machines were low-grade. Staff communication can be better.

This hotel is beautiful. Near the mall walking distance and they have a shuttle to & from absolute plus. Staff very helpful . The hotel is so big they have listed times for the best breakfast time. Because it can get busy . The options are endless and delicious.
