Smelly room, old building, looks like haunted place.

Hotel towel too smelly and cannot be use, the hotel look like no maintenance at all. Very bas.

Hotel is very old and very dirty. If can do not sale this hotel room from your platform it will bring down your company reputation.

This used to be my go to hotel when I want to visit Penang. It was a very pleasant experience before. Now, the state of the room is pretty bad. Would not recommend it to anyone. The restroom looks like it has not been maintained for ages with cockroaches running riot. The bed sheet looks like it has been there from the beginning of time. Don't get me started with the parking space. The parking space used to be quite okay but since The Store has shut down, it is very scary. I booked for two nights but after only one night, I left to seek other accommodation. I did not take any photos but trust me, it is not worth it.

This hotel is so-so, no problem if want to stay for a night. Polite staff. Near to restaurant. Located in the middle of Bukit Mertajam.

The room was spacious but due to lack of maintenance, the night spent was truly unsatisfactory. There were bed bug that left us scratching our hands, back and legs. Much appreciated if the botel could engage with peat control to tackle this issue.

Toilet was not clean enough. The bathtub was not functioning, they provided a rusty iron box,

😶 masuk parking bawah tanah, tup-tup pintu masuk dari shopping mall tutup, terpaksa jalan kaki pusing jauh. Rupanya ada pintu lain yang sambung dari parking me hotel tapi taubat lerr nak naik tangga 3 tingkat. 😶 check-in laju tapi staff silap bagi bilik. Naik atas baru tahu dapat katil queen je, padahal book untuk 3 person. Turun bawah balik tukar kunci. Penat turun naik. 😶 cadar kotor, comforter kotor. Tolong buka sarung comforter untuk check. Geli rasa bila ingat balik sebab perasan kotor pun time nak balik dah. 😶 tandas pun alahai..tolong invest sikit untuk beli magiclean dan tonyoh sikit kulat lumut. 😶 minta pinjam hair dryer sampai nak check out tak sampai-sampai. (cuba pakai hair dryer yang bawak sendiri tapi plug tak support terus bau terbakar & tak boleh guna) 😶 air panas bilik air berfungsi dengan baik. 😶 tv pun okay, ada banyak channel 😶 water heater agak kotor & gelas-gelas tak dibersihkan dengan baik. 😶 ada iron & iron board sekali, bagus. 😶 langsir berlubang kecik. Bekas rokok mungkin? 😶 last, ini la kali terakhir duduk tempat ni.

Unable to check in due to this hotel close for MCO. Payment complete but unable to check in.

Hotel ini 👌 tapi perlu fix di bahagian tv agar siaran lebih jelas dan pemulas pancutan mandi perlu diperbaiki...😒🤔

Bilik agak besar. tapi kebersihan sangat kurang. banyak sawang labah tak buang and bilik air tak berapa elok!

the bathroom has very bad smell 💩.. and smoke smell in the room...

Bilik besar sesuai untuk yang berfamily, cuma TV kalau boleh check sebelum guest masuk dalam bilik.

The room it look like 100 years hotel

room is old, door lock has broken and toilet is smelled! I was planning on 3 days but I have no choice but to move to another cleaner hotel for the remaining days. Hotel owner, maybe it's time to renovate your hotel now.

Layanan pekerja hotel amat memuaskan dan lokasinya memudahkan kerana di sekitarnya ada kedai makan supermarket juga ada wet market.

Hotel lama, bilik air kotor dan kebersihan kurang memuaskan, harap pihak pengurusan mengambil tindakan sewajarnya.

Adequate and value for money for our 6 person family. Short distance to the island.
