Great location, cleab room and good breakfast

Mycket centralt och bra boende. Bra frukost och kan varmt rekommendera hotellet

Dålig frukost och smutsigt rum. Det pågår byggarbete runt hotellet, vilket gör att man måste gå omvägar. Helhetsintrycket var tyvärr inte bra, och jag kommer inte att komma tillbaka.

Clean room, really comfy large bed with great pillows. Great pool area & indoor pool & gym great too. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Hotellet var närmast liknande en partykryssning. Hotellet lät det fortgå med högljudda förfester och en takpool mer som barhäng än någon form av möjlighet till rekreation. Nätterna fortsatte i samma stil med högljudda samtal i korridorerna och smällande dörrar. Kunde gymmet nyttjas tidigt innan utflykter, nej knappast då det öppnade lite flytande runt halv åtta eller åtta på morgonen. Tilltalar kanske vissa men då ska det lämpligen framgå som sådant.

La pulizia della camera era praticamente inesistente, il lavandino era pieno di calcare che ho dovuto togliere io , la vasca presenteva della muffa; la coperta puzzava; i balconi non si chiudevano bene; i vetri mai puliti. L'albero necessita di una ristrutturazione e di personale che sappia pulire e sappia utilizzare i prodotti per la pulizia.

Chambre pas très propre des moustiques dans la chambre. Les prises au mur ne marchaient pas. Ils nous ont fait acheter les adaptateurs de prises. On leur a dit que les prises au mur ne marchaient pas. Le personnel nous ont dit que le manager allait venir il n’est jamais venu, ça fait deux jours que nous l’attendons maintenant. trop cher pour ce que c’est. Personnel, pas du tout agréable et menteur

Location was fantastic ( especially for us as we were using the casino for a poker festival) . Staff were friendly and you can't really knock the hotel for value! It was a little tired in the room but like I said we got a great deal so I wouldn't complain over small things when your not paying a premium . My biggest issue was although there was a good selection on offer for breakfast no matter what time we went down the buffet always seemed to be warm at best and cold at others so we ended up having breakfast out. Having said that for pure value and location I would still stay again.

No air conditioner and got 28 digree in my room.

Location of the hotel is very convenient - plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. St Julian's bay is close by and the hotel has a rooftop pool and bar as well to enjoy the sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with a wide spread of fresh fruit, baked items and eggs - scrambled, fried and omelettes on different days.

Very good and clean hotel, did request additional cutlery for the room but never go them, apart from that a very pleasant stay

Lo único decente es el desayuno, que es bastante completo. Pero ni la habitación era como la foto (era muy antigua), el cuarto de baño sin colgadores ni perchas, alcachofa ducha con moho (nos la cambiaron), mucho ruido en las habitaciones (nadie vigila), sonaron las alarmas varias veces por la noche, no hablan NADA español… solo salvo el desayuno y la ubicación.

Wir waren als Paar im Alexandra Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich – wir wurden gut begrüßt und alles wurde uns verständlich erklärt. Das Personal hat insgesamt einen positiven ersten Eindruck gemacht. Leider waren wir von unserem Zimmer sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmer entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Bildern, die wir online gesehen hatten. Auf den Fotos wirkte das Hotel modern, groß und hell – in Wirklichkeit war unser Zimmer jedoch dunkel und altmodisch eingerichtet. Die Gardinen waren schmutzig und fleckig, und im Raum lag ein unangenehmer Geruch. Auch das Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Beim Duschen spritzte das Wasser so stark, dass der gesamte Boden nass wurde. Die Badezimmertür war sehr alt und hatte sogar ein großes Loch in der Mitte. Zudem funktionierten nicht alle Steckdosen einwandfrei, und die Decke wirkte teilweise ungepflegt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung – man konnte alles finden, was man braucht. Allerdings war an einem Morgen die Musik im Frühstücksraum viel zu laut, was wir als sehr störend empfunden haben. Gerade morgens wünscht man sich eher Ruhe. Der Wellnessbereich hat uns ebenfalls nicht überzeugt. Die Sauna war sehr klein, und den Pool auf dem Dach konnten wir leider nicht nutzen – wobei das wetterbedingt war und nicht direkt am Hotel lag. Insgesamt hatten wir zwar auch schöne Momente, aber das Hotel entspricht unserer Meinung nach keinesfalls einem Drei-Sterne-Standard. Die Online-Bilder sind irreführend und spiegeln nich

Alexandra hotel From the first impression the hotel looks like a great hotel. But as soon as you check in, you start to see a different perspective. The bedroom area: The room was ridiculously small for the caliber of hotel advertised. There were tiny side tables that barely fit a phone. There was no room to navigate around the bed. A useless desk that had drawers too small for any use and a wardrobe (with its sliding doors that would not work) was too large for the room and unnecessary for hotel stays. If you wanted to turn only one lamp on the side of the bed, all of the room lights went on with it. So, you were forced to function in complete darkness or had full light. We used our phone lights to go to the bathroom so that we wouldn’t wake each other in the middle of the night. The bathroom; There was no shower door to keep the water in while you showered. No matter how careful you were, the tiny bathroom flooded each time. An extremely dangerous situation. You could see mold where there was once a shower door? There was the tiniest sink I have ever seen with no shelves or any space to set up your toiletries. (And they had no hotel toiletries, only a gross soap dispenser, with God-knows-what in it) The walls were so thin that you could hear doors slam all night long and loud partying going on outside until 3:00 am. But the worst was the forced control of the temperature setting and you could not adjust it. We ended up turning it off and opening the tiny balcony’s do
