Lage und Zimmer top, Frühstück sehr gut, da für jeden was dabei. Hatten allerdings ein Zimmer nach vorne, d.h. Meerblick, was man mit recht viel Straßenlärm „bezahlt“. Check- in recht schleppend. !! Vorsicht, wer das Hotel auch wegen der sehr schönen Poolanlage bucht: diese kostet bis zu € 35,-/Tag /Person extra. Steht leider nirgends. War für uns sehr enttäuschend!!

Utsikten var bra, mye trafikk. Frokost var OK, men likte ikke lokalet frokosten ble servert.. Renholdet var bra, men hotellet trenger en del vedlikehold.

Il n’y avait aucune amenities c’est dommage (pas de produits de toilette, ni de peignoir, ni chausson). De plus , aucune tablette pour déposer les éléments de la douche. Fuite d’eau dans la première chambre et ensuite j’ai demandé à changer et finalement le séjour s’est mieux déroulé. Dommage qu’ils ne donnent pas non plus une bouteille d’eau, cela aurait été appréciable.

Ett helt okej hotell! Det var definitivt värt att bo här på grund av priset, stort rum och platsen. Busshållplatsen låg precis utanför hotellet och var väldigt nära till de flesta ”turistställen”. Dock var vi lite ledsna att man inte hade tillgång till pool klubben som det fanns bild på. Man behövde betala €30 för en dag om man ville hänga där. Men det fanns en väldigt basic pool på taket som man hade tillgång till.

When I asked the pool pictures they said its for another room type so I dont think ita right to put pictures if it is not going to include to your booking. How would I know? And the first room we entered, the balcony door was broken so we ask for change then we transferred to quite small room, once we want to change it back lik 10 min, they said they cannot maybe it was on us. Lastly and importantly, although I paid online in advance, they asked for 100 euros for deposit? I paid and they said it will be back to my account up to 14 days? I don’t want to blame anyone but I couldn’t see in my bank account later on that it was back or I couln’t find the purchase in my dekont as well so its confusing. I couldn’t reach out to the hotel to confirm this but please reach out to me if you are reading. Overall nobody wants extra thing to follow up like if my deposit will be back in 14 days.. i

I had a rather negative experience at this hotel. It was a business trip and the availability of wifi is very important. The room i was given was one in the very corner below the swimming pool which is on the terrace. Wifi was terrible. Other than that, on the third day, there was a water leak in the corridor which flooded my room. The swimming pool pumps were above the room and was making a very loud noise i could not sleep. I went down to the reception to complain about it and the staff was not believing me. I stayed there and insisted that they should come up to check it out. After wasting 30 minutes the staff came up and agreed that it was very loud. After an hour they decided to move me to another room just for the night. This staff was very rude and ignorant. I had to wait him to finish a personal call for at least 15 mins before he attended the reception. Totally unprofessional. He was not even making an eye contact while on the phone just to avoid me. Never again!

Aamiainen melko hyvä, mutta tila meluisa. Meillä oli aluksi parvekkeellinen huone, mutta parvekkeelta ei ollut minkäänlaista näköalaa. Vain korkea seinä, ja toiset parvekkeet. Lisäksi huone oli ahdas. Saimme vaihdettua toiseksi yöksemme merinäköalalla huoneen, ja se oli tosi hyvä. Hyvää oli myös maksuton matkalaukkulokero sekä suihkun mahdollisuus iltapäivälennolle, kun huone oli luovutettu jo aamulla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

The hotel is 3 star and I feel like the stay was a three star stay. It has what you need but also has some odd choices. The room looked really nice (the bathroom is a bit small but it is what it is) and I had a balcony with a sea view which I would incredibly recommend because the non-sea view balconies we're just looking at each other. Just be aware that there is a busy road between the hotel and the bay, so there's lots of car noise. The rooftop pool and rooftop area were undergoing maintenance but we could use another hotels facilities. Strangely, you had to use the outdoor pool of one and the indoor pool and gym of another. Also the listing shows a swimming pool right on the bay, but you have to pay extra. The construction started at 8am on weekdays which I thought was a bit unnecessarily early for a hotel and I could hear the noise even though I was only halfway up the building. The breakfast was fine - a decent array of options but often cold and you weren't allowed to take away any water. The air conditioning was not on and when I asked why, they said it was on heat mode for the whole building, which didn't make much sense to me. I got by with opening the door to the balcony but it was loud. There are also some small oddities like the fact that you have to rent a lock for the safe rather than just having them built in. Ultimately, as long as you are aware that this is a cheap option with a really nice view, good location, and okay amenities, then you'll be fine.

Good location on the main street in Gzira, easy to access public transport. Awesome to have access to the spa in Novotel, you just need to walk two minutes to get to it.
