Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Personal ist sehr freundlich und eine Dame an der Rezeption konnte uns alles sogar in deutscher Sprache erklären.

Staff excellent, food excellent great location

Lovely hotel, recently built with great facilities including spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool and new rooftop bar. Great location next to Bay Street Mall for shops and restaurants, and lots more in a 10 minute walk. Staff all very attentive and helpful. Family suite consisted of 2 rooms sharing an outer entrance door which was perfect for a family.

An absolutely FANTASTIC hotel & team!! There is nothing about the stay we could fault, in fact would HIGHLY recommend to anyone considering a stay in Malta. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed & our every need looked after. Standout members of the team were Lorenzo, Anna

Besonders das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das gesamte Personal war immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber.

Unfortunately disappointing 😪 **Spa & Pool Area** The rooftop pool and sunbathing area were closed without any prior notice. ❌ Sometimes there was a really disgusting sewage-like smell in the sauna 😷 The indoor pool area was extremely overheated, making it impossible to stay there after the sauna Only one very small sauna available. **Room** Lack of storage/shelf space in several places. No power outlets in the bathroom, so you have to dry your hair in the hallway. The TV had poor reception most of the time. The sink kept making loud gurgling noises for a full minute after use. **Breakfast** There is a large selection, but unfortunately the quality is lacking. No fresh bread at all — everything had to be toasted first. Apart from eggs, there are very few clean, high-protein options. The fruit was very good though, and the service staff was genuinely friendly and nice 👍 All in all, I can unfortunately only give 2/5 stars ⭐⭐ Would not recommend this hotel in its current condition.

The property is located in such a prime spot. The hotel is so nice and very clean. Would recommend this hotel!! Rooms are also very decent in size and spacious.

We had a great stay as a family of three. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to help us. A special mention to Franklin who communicated with us prior to our stay and accommodated our vegetarian breakfast requests. Highly recommend this property

Clean well stocked room; good choices available at breakfast; got a great massage at the spa; really lovely and helpful staff, too many to name but a big thank you to Margaret and her breakfast dining room team.
