Overall, my family and I enjoyed this hotel and our stay. Centrally located and the hotel has plenty to offer and relatively spacious and clean. The service was really good overall, however, there was a single incident that spoiled a great review from our family, to a very disappointing and concerning incident which is inexcusable. When we were checking out, we just became aware that 3 days earlier when we checked-in, one of the gentlemen from the hotel who was assisting us, decided to take a whopping $700 euros as a deposit. Not only was this a very significant amount that hasn't come anywhere close to other many stays we experienced, he did NOT tell us about the deposit or amount. In our perspective, this is unacceptable and should not be allowed, as we perceived this is taking money from a client's account without knowledge and consent. our Trust was totally compromised and therefore, we strongly would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Our stay was very pleasant. Big thanks to Katerina and whole team - they were all very kind, helpful, professional and friendly! We were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the functionality of all the amenities. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained as the entire hotel. Breakfast is excellent with so many options. The gym and pools are clean with a pleasant water temperature. The beach is very near and is free for hotel guests. Across the street is a Spar market with all necessities. Our strong recommendation for this hotel!

Everything was great, and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the noise. It was often very loud, sometimes until 5:00 a.m., which made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Terrible experience from the moment we arrived. Very unfriendly staff checking us in, dirty room, no air con functioning, dirty towels in the bathroom as we got in - and I got bitten by bad bugs which has never happened to me and it says it all. They ended up upgrading us to a larger room on the 15th floor but as much as it was nice, it was noisy as on the side of Sin City. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy what Malta has to offer - do not stay at his hotel.

On arrival at the property we were very dissapointed that it was not as advertised a beach front property (about a 300 metre walk down a busy road). When shown to our room we were walked down what I can only describe as a very smelly corridor. Fortunately it could be avoided by using an alternative lift further down the hotel ground floor. The room was very clean, no issues at all, the view was fair, into an inner garden courtyard. On the first night some strange noises started at about 4:30 in the morning BOOM....BOOM....BOOM every few minutes. As soon as you dropped back off to sleep it woke you up again. Then sometime between 5:30 and 6:30 furniture was being pulled across the floor above, screeching as it was being moved. Reception, said to return at 5pm to look at an alternative solution. The alternative rooms were much further along the corridor, but the room was inferior. So we said we would try one more night in the same room...But it was de ja vue. In fairness to the staff, they checked in with us at breakfast and agreed to move us to better accommodation on a higher floor later that day. The rooms were far better and the next 5 nights were much quieter. Unfortunately on the last three nights the hotel got busier and guests returning back to their rooms in the early hours were incredibly noisy and the doors were very noisy banging shut. We expected much better from a 5 star hotel, which advertised "sound proof rooms". The staff in fairness were very helpful.

Come here for my birthday and wedding anniversary holiday and hotel management surprise me with card and drink. Pub and food just round the corner. Love the place

Large hotel, with good bar area and pool options. Room was very spacious and well appointed.

Great location and fantastic amenities. Staff helpful throughout the stay. Both pools were excellent and the breakfast in the club lounge was fantastic.

La Clim dans la chambre ne marche pas. Il fait toujours 19 degrés même quand on change pour 23 degrés. On a demandé une couette extra, on l’a reçu 1 heure plus tard. La chasse d’eau fuyait par le bouton lors de l’appuie. La chambre était toujours humide et cela ne sentait pas bon dans la salle de bain. La nuit on ne peut pas laisser la fenêtre de la chambre ouverte car il y a les groupes froid dehors de tout l’hôtel qui font un bruit énorme. Par contre le petit déjeuné était excellent, nous avons fait une remarque et le lendemain ils nous on apporté ce que nous avions noté. La piscine c’est compliqué de trouver une place, il faut y aller tôt. Il y a une autre piscine en toiture mais il faut payer un supplément de 50€ par personne mais utilisable pour manger heureusement. Le personnel est très serviable. Pour moi ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles.
