Excelente hotel me gustó mucho.

For starters the staff was horrible, the hotel was a hot mess. As soon as we arrived i was informed they charged my card for half the cost since they were gonna be busy they wanted to make sure they secured my room!!! That was a horrible thing to do. Then the rude staff Itzel said the pool was broken, not working when I told her that was part of the reason I booked there she said, do you want the room or not? So rude. I wanted to leave but had no other hotel so I don’t want to risk it. After that the room was not as pictured, the room phones were not working so every time I needed something I had to go down to ask and they were so rude. The QR code on the mirror didn’t work. TheTV was horrible, outdated, channels don’t work, WIFi didn’t work, they dias the kitchen was open until 10 pm and it was a lie, they had us go know on the kitchen door and the rude man said he had no service and went to told the front staff off. Then told ng husband why he complained!! Omg it was a horrible experience! Never again staying there or at any hotel with your name.

Cobran demasiado bien para que a la hora del desayuno pongan muy poca fruta y se termina y duras horas para poner más , mal servicio la verdad

Muy cómoda y limpia

Nefasto el servicio de atención al cliente!!! Hotel sobrevendido, no respetaron nuestra reservación, y todavía nos amenazaron que si no llegábamos a las 6:00 pm no tendriamos habitación, independientemente que la de nuestra reserva ya la habian entregado a alguien!!! Como puedes decir a alguien que se comunica para confirmar la reservación tienes tanto tiempo para llegar o no te doy tu habitación misma que ya estaba pagada, y si no le gusta pues cancele!! A lo que contesté que los que debían de cancelar eran ellos, ya que ellos se negaban a entregar la habitación solicitada, y su respuesta pues como quiera, solo hay esa opción, y si se tarda ya no habrá habitación, donde más me han condicionado la llegada, en ningún otro hotel, jamás, osea que si no se me ocurre llegar, me dejan sin hospedaje en 14 de febrero y con mi esposa, tengan cuidado con este establecimiento y su actuar con los clientes

Es un excelente hotel, gran servicio, la pasé muy cómodo descansando y en mi estancia, me volveré a quedar sin duda

El desayuno tanto de cortesía como el de paga es muy malo. El estacionamiento es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes que pueden alojar y fue muy desepcionante que la piscina no estuviera abierta durante mi estancia de dos días.

Los puertas de el baño y el shower son cristales opacados y no dan privacidad si estás compartiendo habitación doble con una amistad familiar es muy incómodo, se puede escuchar todo cuando una persona orina o suspira en la taza de el baño y también se puede ver la silueta y sombra cuando están haciendo de el baño igual en la regadera.

Room was too hot. The AC control didn’t work and when reported nobody responded for almost 2 hours at that time I went back to the front desk and told them to forget it. Even the in house phone to talk with the front desk was working. One of the towels provided was dirty. The breakfast was not good. My wife ordered over easy eggs which took a long time to make were wrong. She had too explain it again how to cook over easy eggs and they still couldn’t get it right. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lo único bueno es la amabilidad del personal, más por parte del chófer, pero sus políticas terribles, les falta comunicación, lo que preguntes nadie te sabe responder, el desayuno americano terrible, el menú a la carta si muy rico, pero en la tarde quieres pedir comida y nadie te responde pides ayuda a recepción y solo te dicen que insistas, en vdd jamás me. Vuelvo a hospedar ahí, me había quedado en el otro más pequeño y me atendieron como reyna solo cambie por el tamaño de las habitaciones pero no cometo ese error de nuevo

Our room was clean and good size, but it was chilly and we couldn’t get the heat to work from the room My husband went to the front desk to inquire about it and they said they controlled it from there. (Strange) Well it didn’t work so we asked for a couple of blankets which made it a little better. Continental breakfast had limited choices although they had another option you had to pay for but that too was limited and a bit pricey. The pool had no water. (good thing we forgot our swim wear) Staff was really nice and helpful. All in all, it was an okay stay and close to our events.
