HAU Holbox海滩前酒店

Excelente lugar. 100 % recomendable

The only disappointment with the booking was that I am sure I was to get free breakfast but they did not have that in their paperwork. That did not ruin a remarkably relaxed and wonderful vacation. We spent 7 nights at Hau Holbox and were in the balcony with a sea view- room 107. The trees have obscured much of the view but there was a small water view. The hotel has a sister hotel next door and they share check-in and pools. The Hau has a beach club, wonderful warm water and clean beach. You quickly learn where the concrete blocks are and how to swim around them. There are plenty of beaches top explore and you can just walk the coast and jump in. It is extremely hot and the sun is intense. Bring lots of sunscreen. The real value was the wonderful employees.Shout out to Henry,Alexandria and Angel. They made us feel welcome and became friends. We told them it was our 45th anniversary and they decorated our room so beautifully!! Here's to floating hours/day in Isla Holbox!!! Sunsets are gorgeous. Water color changes all time. NO SARGASSUM.Hoorah!!

Beautiful location and clean room

The hotel is right on the beach which is lovely, with beautiful birds and trees all around. The staff was extremely nice and helpful too, and the hotel is in a good quiet location but still an easy walk to the center of town and activities. The amenities could have been a little more luxurious--the instant coffee in the room, for example, could be improved. The food in the hotel restaurant was atrocious, unfortunately, so plan to eat elsewhere.

Habitación limpia ...personal muy amable....el hotel está a pue de playa .... Solo li que no me agrado mucho que si esta lejos del centro y caminando pues te agobia el sol... Tienes que tomar taxi y se resuelve ...pero pues eso no lo investigue antes de contratarlo. La comida y bebida que hacen en el hotel está deliciosa y las azoteas de ambos hoteles con vistas maravillosas!!

Todo espectacular desde la limpieza , la comida , la atención de los chicos nombre buenísima y como era el cumpleaños de mi esposo decoraron la habitación con globos y demás . Muy agradecidos y lo mejor los costos muy razonables

Me encanto el lugar, la habitacion tiene buen tamaño, alberca con clima excelente, el restaurante cerca del mar. Fue inolvidable

We loved staff, food, beach, walk but I didn’t really see amenities, and had a hard time getting a taxi in the morning to ferry, our graveyard guy would not call for us he was afraid he’d have to pay? We missed 1st ferry but got 2 nd n still made it on time. Beach and kitchen and room attendant amazing we will return soon💜💜💜

Roof top pool was awesome! I had some shrimp quesadillas at the beach club that were wonderful. The room was gorgeous. I will return 100%

Hermoso hotel y personal amable

Hotel Hau is just the perfect place for a stay in such a beautiful island as Holbox, it has everything to make your stay excellent.

We enjoyed our stay. David was an excellent server. We love the island! We will be back again

We loved our stay at HAU Holbox. We especially loved that we were close to the centre but not so close that we had all the noise and busy of the centre. The staff was great at the hotel, especially Jessica who was warm and friendly & very helpful.

Quarto limpo, bom atendimento e excelente localização

Enjoyed the pool the beach view was good. Would have loved Coffe in room and a view from the room but did not pay for it . Lovely location. Beautiful stay. Staff was wonderful.

Hotel lindo, excelente localização, em parte mais tranquila de Holbox, e com lindas vistas ao mar. Muito limpo e bem cuidado, cama confortável, ar condicionado silencioso. O banheiro é bom, mas acaba ficando sempre úmido por falta de ventilação.
