La ropa de cama se veía sucia o percudida, le pedí a la camarera por favor las cambiara pero no estoy segura que haya puesto unas limpias, las toallas se veían sucias, no parecía hotel turístico, personal muy amable

Front Desk was rude at times. I was not allowed guests after midnight. I've never been to a hotel where guests were not allowed, especially when there were parties in other rooms next to mine. I was told I'd be charged if I had company after midnight. Breakfast was ok, but hard to find. If your visiting for the first time you probably want to eat at your hotel and not walk around tulum looking for another hotel that you are supposed to have your breakfast at. Room and location is nice, that's about it but there are far better options. I would not recommend this hotel if you're a tourist.

Great Location, Price, Amenities, staff, room! Gladly surprised! I even stayed longer then the planned.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing. The linen should be changed. Breakfast was OK.

Un hotel sin lujos pero cómodo, limpio, agradable. El personal es muy atento y amable. Resolvieron nuestros requerimientos de muy buena manera. Su único problema es que no cuenta con estacionamiento

Todo estuvo execelente respecto a lo que necesitaba en mi hospedaje.

Nos encantó la ubicación. La habitación muy cómoda y amplia. Las muchachas de recepción fueron siempre muy amables haciéndonos recomendaciones y nos encantó que ahí mismo rentan motos y bicis lo cual facilita mucho moverte en Tulum

Hôtel je pense en pleine rénovation. L.équipement n’est pas optimal. Il y a un frigo, mais pas de micro-ondes, pas de boîte de mouchoirs, Il faut réclamer le fer à repasser. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre établissement pas très loin mais ça reste une surprise. Petit déjeuner très succinct’ américain, continental ou mexicain. Le jus et les fruits sont payant, les toasts sont comptés ainsi que la quantité de beurre. Le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont faites tous les jours, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. La piscine est vieillotte, mais l’ambiance est agréable avec le bar et la barmaid des serviettes de bain sont à disposition.

Me hospedé cinco días y fueron increíbles. Quiero destacar especialmente la atención de las chicas y de todo el personal: siempre amables, atentas y con una predisposición increíble para ayudar en todo. En cuanto a la limpieza, todo impecable; incluyendo las sábanas y toallas que estaban siempre frescas y muy bien cuidadas.El aroma que se percibía desde la entrada hasta la habitación hacía que la estadía fuera aún más agradable. La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona linda y práctica, justo frente al hotel hay un supermercado, lo cual fue muy conveniente. Sin dudas, una estadía más que recomendable. Sin dudas volvería.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt. 7Übernachtungen mit Frühstück.Alles war in Ordnung,Personal höflich und zuvorkommend .Zimmer,Betten und Bad sauber. Klimaanlage,Tresor,kleiner Kühlschrank etc.vorhanden alles funktionsfähig. Hotel hat einen Aufzug und einen Roofpool. Gute Lage. Preis Leistung wunderbar volle Punktzahl.
