吉洛酒店

Hotel was located in a great location...the rooms were clean, the service was great, the hotel was very secure, offered very good breakfast and the people at the front desk were especially helpful with any issues I may have had. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend this Hotel to all travelers wanting to stay within walking distance of Zocalo and many of the great museums in the area!

Buena ubicación, solo las instalaciones un poco descuidadas y nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación para cumplir con las condiciones bajo las cuales se alquiló, pero no fue así tuvimos que quedarnos en la habitación que nos ofrecieron de urgencia al llegar.

Habitación limpia, personal amable, buena ubicación, desayuno bueno.

El Hotel está ubicado en una zona muy céntrico, lonque nos facilito mucho la movilidad en el centro histórico, ademas la estación del metro Allende esta a uan cuadra. Las habitaciones muy comodas y limpias. El personal muy amable. Hotel ideal para viaje familiar y la comida del restaurante muy buena.

Breakfast was

Rooms were pretty decent. The comforter needed to be replaced, which they took care of (I never use hotel comforters anyway). The breakfast was good (simple and not fancy, but a good start to the morning) and the availability of drinking water was quite good. The area is questionable at times and beautiful at times. Beautiful buildings, churches, and restaurants mixed in with some unsavory crowds, but that's not necessarily the hotels fault, however someone shopping for a hotel should be aware. I would compare this to a budget hotel with upside, but the location in the historical district is good if that's where you are aiming to stay.

Friendly staff. First room was spacious but too loud from the bar across the street. We did not sleep the first night. They offered us several other rooms even with balcony at the same price to choose from. ONLY the INTERIOR (room not facing the street) would work for us, and it did! Recommend not to preorder the breakfast. Food is mediocre. Preordered breakfast is very limited. A breakfast buffet would have been nice. They have a nice coffee shop for premium coffee lovers. Location is very convenient, walkable to many iconic sites for first time visitors.

La habitación estaba muy pequeña la ropa de cama de poliéster , junto estaba un paso a la azotea y hacían ruido, eso es lo que no me gustó

Muy hermoso,limpio, su perzonal super atentos, desayuno rico, cafecito refill, todo al 100%. Recomendable 100%

I don’t like the breakfast, they say the breakfast instead in the pay of the room and we have to pay for two years old because they don’t include. the room phone doesn’t work, the dryer doesn’t work neither. I like they clean and organize very well.

It was well located in historic center. The property just needs updating. Ive stayed at other properties in same area that are old buildings but remodeled and are great. I gave this a try but not returning.

Bonita estancia

Ask for a room on the 6th floor with a balcony you won’t regret it. Room 603 is where we stayed and we had a blast on the balcony. Everyone was friendly and it was very safe.

DEFINITIVAMENTE BUENA UBICACIÓN EN EL CENTRO HISTORICO DE CDMX. EL CUARTO CON EL MINIMO NECESARIO PARA DESCANSAR.EL SERVICIO DE AGUA CALIENTE NO FUE FLUIDO, Y NO ESTARÍA MAL, UN SERVICIO DE CAFETERA COMO LO HE ENCONTRADO EN HOTELES DE CLASIFICACION SIMILAR. BUENA ATENCIÓN POR PARTE DEL PERSONAL.

Pues había muchas cucarachas pequeñas en el baño. La habitación era 509. Quizá sería bueno que fumigaran.
