Rooms were lovely. The neighborhood is full of wonderful cafes and coffee shops. And a very nice park across the street

This was the perfect small hotel for our first visit to Mexico City. The staff was terrific. The room was large and the bed incredibly comfortable. We'd go out in the morning to return to a made bed and clean bathroom. Water, wine, and soft drinks are gratis. Breakfast on the rooftop was an added bonus. I'll be back Hotel Luca

Love the location and the style of this hotel, nice small friendly cosy.

Room was large and nicely decorated. Excellent safe location. Free breakfast on roof top was excellent, not your typical free American breakfasts. So many cafes, restaurants, and parks in the area. I would stay here again.

The AC didn't work and it was a very basic room. Great price and location, but very bare otherwise.

I am bit disappointed with this hotel. It is an average 2-star hotel marketed as 4-star hotel. The location is good and close to the Roma Norte cafes. Staff is okay, interact minimally. They sit with a table and chair near the elevator. Breakfast is very basic with same menu for all 5 nights of my stay. Room was basic but clean and housekeeping did a great job. The ambience/low-ceiling felt bit depressing after returning from a long day every day. Overall, not worth the price. Paid almost $1500 USD for 5 nights when there were luxury apartment available for under $500 USD. Lesson learned. Amazing country though!

Really it was Very Good with minor exceptions based on value for money. Reception is small and dingy. The room photos are better than the real life room. Shower is great. Bed is comfortable and firm. The location cannot be beat and the staff are lovely. Park-facing room is a treat to wake up to. Breakfast is beautifully prepared and delicious served on a lovely rooftop.

Rooms are nice, and the surrounding area is perfect

Our room and the hotel were immaculate. It’s no frills, but the breakfast every morning was delicious and a great way to start the day (and it goes until 12pm!!!! Amazing for people who like to sleep in!). The location was also INCREDIBLE. Walking distance to everything and perfect for exploring. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend.

Staff very friendly, rooftop breakfast amazing, coffee place lovely. Room was OK but for the price it fell very short. Extremely noisy, lack of privacy and felt like being in someone's apartment with thin paper thin walls. Should be a 200/night hotel not 600.

We were so disappointed in this hotel. First, the positive: location was good, desk staff nice enough, and room was cleaned well. Now, the bad: (1) room was like a cheap motel. Cold floors, not a single closet or drawer in sight, making it impossible to put clothes or even toiletries anywhere. (2) everything was falling apart and cheap…Cheap lamps, cheap toiletries, towels fraying, no robes or slippers which was needed with the cold tiles (3) price was deserving of a nice hotel…the park view was a view of an awning on first floor so we couldn’t even open blinds. So disappointed. Deserved so much nicer since we shelled out for this highly rated over hyped motel.
