Excellent location with shops nearby. Property has parking and the pool area was nice and clean. Room doesn't include a small refrigerator neither hand towels.

If you reading this review let me strongly suggest - find another hotel!! As the reviews have noted, it’s not worth the headache. Shortly after check in we learned there was NO internet, NO pool, NO drinkable water, and NO hot water! I understand the pool has been closed for a long time. The hotel should have notified us before we arrived. I don’t appreciate being taken advantage of. What good are pictures and hotel information on Orbitz if they are all lies??! Though we paid a hefty amount for this hotel you would think they are scrounging for their last peso. The only two chaise lounges by the closed pool are in desperate need of repair. There is a nice sun deck on the second floor however there is not one chair, table, umbrella, or chaise to be found. There was a water cooler but unfortunately it was broken. The hotel should have left us a ten cent bottle of water in our room since there was no drinkable water. And for Heavens sake leave a hand towel by the sink! Two of the four days there was NO HOT WATER!!! No warm water!!! Just what were we paying for??? It was like staying in an abandoned hotel. Dear Hotel Management - don’t belittle me by offering some kind of lame apology. Apologizing does nothing! You not only cheated my family and I out of money but you really hurt our vacation. You should have been up front with regard to your closed pool and other issues. I can only hope you contact us returning some of our money!!!

La habitación excelente limpia y comoda , solo nos toco televisión con pocos canales , la atención excelente tuvimos que una de las habítaciones aun no estaba limpia cuando se entrego y tuvimos que esperar un poco pero todo excelente

Es un hotel muy bonito, limpio y las recámaras a gusto. Recepción muy buena, y económico.

El hotel el muy buena ubicación ! Solo que al llegar no encontraban la reserva ! Pero todo bien, el desayuno, muy rico, muy bonito y limpio el hotel !

Personal muy amable, todos los dias el cuarto limpio, camas muy comodas, el precio.

El hotel no cuenta con infraestructura actualizada, se escucha el ruido del exterior y no deja descansar, no hay conectores de electricidad en la habitación, tampoco habia toalla de manos, el wifi estaba tan lento que no cargaba nada. Solo la ubicación es céntrica, pero podria invertirse un poco más y encontrar otro lugar.

Excellent emplacement. Littéralement à 1 minute de marche du terminus ADO et 3 minutes du parc central. Un peu vieillot mais très charmant. La réceptionniste a été très gentille avec nous et nous a indiqué tous les endroits à visiter.

Cuando hice el check in, la recepcionista me tuvo como 40 minutos insistiendo que me habian entregado las llaves, el cuarto muy viejo y no agarra el wifi salvo en recepcion

EL TELEVESOR DEJO DE FUNCIONAR AL SEGUNDO DIA, LA ALBERCA NO TIENE BAÑOS EN EL AREA Y LOS QUE TIENE QUE SUBIR AL 2o PISO DEJAN TODO EL PISO MOJADO. LA PERSONA EN RECEPCION (SEÑORA), NO RESUELVE Y LE FALTA CRITERIO

Un poco de olor a humedo en las habitaciones, pero pasable y tiene solución.

Todo excelente, aunque las habitaciones tienen un poco de olor a humedo. Lo que es corregible.

Las pilas del control de la tv estában gastadas nunca pudimos ver la tele
