The water sink is stifled, not hot water. We have to switch to another room in the morning for shower. No hair dryer as well. Worst hotel experience ever!

L’ambiance était curieuse car l’hôtel était quasiment vide (seulement 2 chambres occupées). Le petit déjeuner n’était pas assuré mais nous avons eu un accès libre à la cuisine. La chambre sentait l’humidité car elle n’avait probablement pas été utilisée depuis longtemps. La petite piscine et les différentes terrasses étaient agréables

No hubo personal que nos recibiera. Estuvo bien porque estuvimos solos en nuestra estancia y pudimos disfrutar del área de alberca sin problema.

A lot of options around to shop, eat and get stuff. Safe to walk and such. a lot of ilumination

Arrivée à 21h30 le 1er jour, pas de réception alors qu'il a avait été annoncé que la réception serait ouverte jusque 22h, aucun contact laissé sur place. Hôtel magnifique, propre, calme, bien situé.

Excelente lugar! Seguro y súper lindo! Muy cómodo por la llegada autónoma! Llegamos con auto y fue muy fácil estacionarlo. Muy recomendable!

Everything was perfect! But they should inform customers there is no parking opiton infront of hotel. It is too close to hotel but not hotel parking area for this reason I try to find a way to go to Hotel with a car. Parking area just 1 min walk. Other things are perfect! I will definetly go that place again.

Cute property, nice staff. Good for families or older couple’s looking for a safe and quiet area of Tulum. Not close to the beach or downtown (old town) where the shopping, restaurants and bars are at. But I rented a e-bike and made an adventure out of it.

I never got checked in. The process involved a WhatsApp message of which I was not aware. It required a check in 24 hours prior to arrival. I’ve never heard of this. Thus after finding the hotel, I wasn’t checked in for it. Very difficult to check in. The hotel was very difficult to find as well. Once I found it, there was no one at the desk. After weighing our options, we left and went home. Frustrating, to say the least.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel looked beautiful with it’s interior design. Just like the pictures. However, the furniture we a bit too minimal, as a wardrobe or some sort of shelves to put your clothes were missing. The hotel is located in a really quiet and safe area away from the center, surrounded by few, but really amazing restaurants and breakfast bars. The restaurant that we were promised upon booking and saw in pictures was apparently closed a while ago. So we were a bit disappointed on that front. The isolation was not that good. It was easy to hear people in the lobby from the room. We also experienced a few weird things that was not up to standard. The shower head was really bad. Something that could easily be upgraded. Also there were not enough lights in the room (no nightlight or anything). But these minor inconveniences didn’t affect our stay, and we were very happy to have chosen Ko’os.

Hôtel moderne dans un quartier tranquille et proche de nombreux restaurants et commerces de proximité. Les chambres sont bien équipées, l’isolation phonique est toutefois quasiment inexistante et la tranquillité fortement dépendante des bruits du voisinage. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique Pas de petit déjeuner sur place mais de nombreuses options à proximité.

Great place! Had an amazing 7 nights. Staff were super friendly and really great bang for your buck.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, not far from both the city centre and the beaches. Front desk stuff was very accommodating, yummy breakfast and lunch options, but housekeeping didn’t do their job. Our bedsheets were never changed throughout our 7 day stay nor was the bathroom ever cleaned as well. Hotel also offers bicycle rental for $300 pesos/day. And they also charge “tips” at the end of your stay which is not included in your Expedia booking so be aware because we had to pay $350 pesos extra at check out.

It was a nice property overall however it was difficult to find. They definitely need to trim the tree/bush in the front. It blocks the sign and hard to tell it’s a hotel.

Empleados súper gentiles,lugar limpio ,cama muy cómoda , el lugar muy lindo y seguro, pero lejos de todo , lejos de la playa , solo accesible por auto taxi o en bicicleta a 15 min.de la playa, igual lo recomiendo es un hotel muy lindo y agradable.
