Si llegas temprano y tu habitación no está lista, te prestan un baño para cambiarte. Bastante incómodo. Mejor planear llegar después de las 3pm si requieres utilizar la habitación para algo. Guardan las maletas sin problema. El personal muy amable. El hotel muy bien ubicado.

Por mucho el mejor hotel de Torreon. Los señores de Valet Parking son lo máximo, atentos y felices en su trabajo. En recepción igual, el restaurante maravilloso y super bien atendido. Room service perfecto, y las camas....... MARAVILLOSAS

Hotel magnifico, habitación muy bueno, personal lo mejor de todo, desde el valet parking, limpieza, mesero hasta la recepción. Un problema transitorio es que seguramente el huesped anterior cerró las rejillas del aire acondicionado y la habitación no estaba muy fría, nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente y lo solucionamos. Un problema fuerte es que en la regadera para que salga agua tibia hay que esperar 10 minutos, no exagero. Gran desperdicio de agua. Habitación 1222

El buffet sin chiste, y caro.
El hotel se quedo sin luz y por obvias razones sin agua
El personal de restaurant muy poco cordial.
Reserve con desayuno y no me lo quisieron respetar.

Bien a pesar de caer tormenta y que se fue la luz, la planta y servicio destacó, el restaurante excelente atención , muy recomendable y rico.
no se si por la falta de energía el clima y el internet no funcionaron como esperaba pero fue por el tema de la tormenta. Las habitaciones cómodas.
