Excelente propiedad para cacao, buena comida y en general muy buen aspecto, me molestó a la fecha casi una semana que salí y la factura no la mandan cuando les pague directo a la llegada

El hotel está muy grande y muy completo pero quedó muy dañado por el huracán Otis. Hay muchas secciones del hotel cerradas y en mantenimiento lo que hace que se vuelva molesto en la estancia. Pero en general es un muy bien hotel para viajar en familia y por vacaciones

El personal de recepción nada atento y con muy mala actitud, tardado y quieren venderte todo antes de entrar, el mostrador con 2 personas atendiendo y los demás riéndose y bromeando mientras los huéspedes formados, se molestan si les preguntan si no hay más personal

En general bien, creo que fui en temporada muy alta y por eso los temas de check in y check out fueron tediosos, pero el encargado resolvió todo muy bien

Todo estuvo muy lindo el hotel recuperándose. Fantástico para ir en familia.

No existe este hotel está en ruinas , te llevan a otro hotel , no hay toboganes ni hay nada de lo que está en esta imagen

Ocean Breeze no existe, está destruido por Otis desde hace dos años. Es inaceptable que nadie me haya informado eso antes de mi llegada, tuve que describirlo por mi propia cuenta teniendo que ir a la recepción de Grand Mayan a preguntar en donde con un sentido burlón me dijeron que así era, que ahí me podrían resolver. En la página de Expedia no se advierte nada, las direcciones en Google no están modificadas y Ocean Breeze sigue apareciendo en el mismo sitio de siempre. De Mayan Palace en donde me hospedaron, todo bien, algunos temas que deben resolver como el proceso de check out (de los 80s), entre otros.

Luxury resort with a few rough edges. Cons - No hot water two days running, curtain was broken, toilet running and making awful screeching noises in the middle of the night when the tank filled. Inadequate outlets by bedside for charging. Pros - Wonderful staff, beautiful grounds, amazing breakfast buffet.

Mala publicidad en la plataforma y nos tardamos más de 2 horas en llegar donde era y nos ubicaran. El mismo 18 de noviembre el aire acondicionado de fue desde las 7 pm hasta las 12 am y no nos recompensaron ni nos dijeron nada

Ocean Breeze Acapulco does not exist anymore since the hurricane Otis 2 years ago! It is unaccaptable to book a hotel on your website that does not exist? We arrived to the hotel gate using the location provided in the app and it was closed! Then a police officer walking around told us that it was closed and we must go to a different hotel (Grand Mayan). Our reservation was prepared in Grand Mayan. However, we booked Ocean Breeze because there was a water park for kids, and we traveled with kids. There was nothing like this in Grand Mayan. If we were aware of this, we could have searched different hotel.

So the property that we booked for was closed because it was destroyed due to a hurricane in 2023. We were taken to its sister property not far from this property and the Mayan Palace was really awesome. Rooms were overall great and mostly everything was working. The TV and the tub were the only things I had issues with. Staff was great, easy to get a taxi, there is no uber in the area. The amenities were awesome, like the pool, lazy river and gym. The dining we mid.

Hurricane Otis destroyed the hotel, it was poorly built, specially the windows, not up to hurricane-proof code

No está mal, pero la habitación olía a humedad además que ya se ve algo viejito.

Todo muy bien, excelente atención
