Las habilatciones de jardin huele mucho a drenaje y la limpieza regular

Experiencia decepcionante. El hotel se percibe antiguo y con poco cuidado en los detalles. La limpieza fue deficiente (encontramos cabellos en el baño) y no había agua de cortesía en la habitación. Lo más grave fue que no pudimos descansar. Durante la noche comenzó un ruido extremadamente fuerte detrás de la pared del baño que continuó toda la noche. No hubo atención telefónica por parte de recepción y nos dejaron esperando, por lo que tuvimos que bajar personalmente casi a medianoche. La única solución que nos ofrecieron fue que podíamos abandonar el hotel a altas horas de la noche, algo claramente inviable. No hubo una propuesta real para resolver la situación y el problema nunca se solucionó.

We stayed here as the price was quite competitive and the pictures on Hotes.com made it look great both on the outside and on the inside. It looks like the hotel must have been an amazing property some 40 years ago and some parts of it still are. Today, it is an oasis surrounded by a depressed neighbourhood. One does not feel safe walking outside the hotel, even going to the corner store my wife felt unsafe. Luckily, little of the noise permeated down to the room. The room we got overlooked the beautiful garden with the pool. We loved the flowering trees and the palm trees that many birds (including some green ones that looked like perroquets) use as refuge. This, and other shared spaces (like the lobby and restaurant areas) are very nice. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn't all that great. Amongst other things, the door did not seal so the AC has to work extra hard. Worst of all, one could hear all the noises of the other guests and staff walking outside. Although there is lots and lots of water pressure and the rain shower head is great, the door to the shower did not keep all the water in, the toilet seat was crooked. Also, although it is supposed to be a smoke free property, we could smell the cigarette smoke coming from somewhere (could be the door or it could be the ventilation system) every so often. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Thanks to you all.

I tried to contact hotels to let you know the awafull experience, the checking was at 3 pm, I arrived 3:40 pm , no room available and my reservation was room with garden , they offer me another room and the told me it was an upgrade , awaful room with a view to the ceiking , also guesss next door tv on laud at 2:30 am, guess next room , 7 am with loud sex awful expericee for my ten aged ceiling , only guess next door 2:30 am with

En realidad eran mas altas mis expectativas, me parecio chica la habitación, la vista pésima (hacia el techo y una pared; el baño olia mal y la regadera estaba algo tapada; cuando regresamos en la noche no encontramos estacionamiento Si estaba limpio, el personal fue amable y es bonito el hotel

El servicio fue bueno, sólo que en la habitación estaba vacía la caja de kleenex y estaba abierto el paquete de la gorra de baño.
