一般商务类酒店，规模大交通方便，但设施简单，房间里没有任何茶具咖啡具，酒店附近没有商店，较不方便和令人失望。

room is big,but no swimming pool no spa,not 5 star

房间很大很舒适，房间有提供水和水果～洗澡也很舒服～就是门卫会主动叫的士给你，但是是会坑钱的那种！！！本来10Mad的要收你50Mad，真是醉了。所以，一定要自己叫车！！

The staff and breakfast was very nice. The rugs need to be replaced, they are filthy, they need to be cleaned. Gives the room a dirty appearance. DIRTY room rugs!!

Very helpful and hospitable staff. Before we even arrived, and through email, staff were very helpful and professional. Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection.

The room was very spacious but the room carpet was very stained. It felted very unclean.

When we arrived in Casablanca- we went to the hotel’s restaurant at 12:30 PM and told them that we had a tour at 1:30 PM and asked if the food would be ready right away and was asked for the food at 1:00 and was told the the food is ready. It was already 1:15 PM (45 mins of waiting) and no food came so we decided to cancel our order. Then they told us food is being drizzled now. We told them they shouldn’t expect us to eat the food in 5 mins for us not to be late for our tour. On our first night- the air conditioner was not working and we informed the receptionist about it. While we were out the following day- - they sent a portable heater to our room (looked like they wanted the room to be get hotter). When we came back that afternoon- the room was still hot. They told us to give the air conditioner an hour and it should be fine. In the meantime- they sent a technician with another heater. We told the technician that we need an air conditioner and not another heater. Finally they transferred us to another room on our second night where the air conditioner was working. However the TV was not working. We had to call the receptionist twice before they senta technician. On our third day - we left for our tour and came back at 3:00 PM with our room not done- bed sheets have not be changed and dirty towels still on the floor. Again we had to call the receptionist twice before the lady came to clean our room. Funny that the lady asked us to give her a good review in google.

Great service from the moment we landed we got picked up and the hotel concierge was really nice. The room was great. Overall I recommend ppl stay here

Temiz geniş oda.Banyosu da aynı şekilde güzeldi.Belki bize denk geldi tek sorun klima maalesef ısıtmadı ancak onu da odaya elektrikli ısıtıcı yollayarak çözdüler.Personel yardımsever idi.Araç ile geliyorsanız otopark sorunu yok.

This hotel is very nice, huge, and extremely aesthetically pleasing. The rooms themselves are beautiful and well designed, making for a great first impression once you arrive. That said, the arrival and check-in process was frustrating. First, we had difficulty finding the hotel because it had moved locations, and the GPS directed us to the old address. This made the arrival stressful. Once we finally got there, check-in took quite a long time—we waited about 30 minutes before everything was completed. When we got to the room, it was lovely, but unfortunately one of the beds was broken. The staff offered to move us to another room, but the alternative bedroom was too small for our group. We asked instead for a replacement bed to be brought to the room. This process took far longer than expected. Despite calling the front desk multiple times and being told someone was on the way, no one arrived. I eventually had to go downstairs myself to follow up. In total, we waited about an hour for the bed to be brought up. Since this happened late at night, it was especially frustrating, as we were exhausted and ready to sleep but couldn’t until the issue was resolved. On a more positive note, the restaurant was excellent. The restaurant staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the food was so good that we ended up eating there twice. Overall, I would still recommend staying at this hotel because the property itself is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. However, I do wis
