一般商务类酒店，规模大交通方便，但设施简单，房间里没有任何茶具咖啡具，酒店附近没有商店，较不方便和令人失望。

房间很大很舒适，房间有提供水和水果～洗澡也很舒服～就是门卫会主动叫的士给你，但是是会坑钱的那种！！！本来10Mad的要收你50Mad，真是醉了。所以，一定要自己叫车！！

Staff were extremely helpful. Nice big room with all the necessary amenities. TV stations and streaming were limited.

Big rooms but dirty carpets and AC not functioning well. It made the room very humid. Breakfast is very good but expensive. The best part is the friendly staff always willing to help.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im DoubleTree by Hilton Casablanca City. Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an Nabil von der Rezeption. Er hat uns bei allen Anliegen jederzeit freundlich, professionell und mit großer Hilfsbereitschaft unterstützt. Sein Service war wirklich hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Ebenso möchten wir Zakaria, den Fitnesscoach, besonders hervorheben. Er verfügt über ein außergewöhnlich großes Fachwissen und hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Seine Kompetenz, Motivation und professionelle Betreuung haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Man merkt sofort, dass er seine Arbeit mit Leidenschaft macht und genau weiß, wovon er spricht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Only reason it didn’t get a full 5 stars is because it’s a little ways from most of the sights and restaurants in the city. Other than that it was a great stay and the staff at the hotel is exceptional.

The staff and breakfast was very nice. The rugs need to be replaced, they are filthy, they need to be cleaned. Gives the room a dirty appearance. DIRTY room rugs!!

Very helpful and hospitable staff. Before we even arrived, and through email, staff were very helpful and professional. Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. The hotel was generally good. The hotel generally felt very old and dated but the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned daily and well maintained. The location was good also. Very close to the train station and most local sightseeing and shopping destinations. The breakfast was definitely a major plus point and the staff were brilliant. Good variety of different food and an impressive amount of selection.

The room was very spacious but the room carpet was very stained. It felted very unclean.

When we arrived in Casablanca- we went to the hotel’s restaurant at 12:30 PM and told them that we had a tour at 1:30 PM and asked if the food would be ready right away and was asked for the food at 1:00 and was told the the food is ready. It was already 1:15 PM (45 mins of waiting) and no food came so we decided to cancel our order. Then they told us food is being drizzled now. We told them they shouldn’t expect us to eat the food in 5 mins for us not to be late for our tour. On our first night- the air conditioner was not working and we informed the receptionist about it. While we were out the following day- - they sent a portable heater to our room (looked like they wanted the room to be get hotter). When we came back that afternoon- the room was still hot. They told us to give the air conditioner an hour and it should be fine. In the meantime- they sent a technician with another heater. We told the technician that we need an air conditioner and not another heater. Finally they transferred us to another room on our second night where the air conditioner was working. However the TV was not working. We had to call the receptionist twice before they senta technician. On our third day - we left for our tour and came back at 3:00 PM with our room not done- bed sheets have not be changed and dirty towels still on the floor. Again we had to call the receptionist twice before the lady came to clean our room. Funny that the lady asked us to give her a good review in google.
