Desayuno no me gusta hay que mejorarlo .

Habitación con vistas preciosas al mar, además de ser grande, amplia, y cómoda. Balcón amplio y bien equipado, donde hacer unas fotos espectaculares!!! Personal muy atento y siempre intentando ayudar en todo. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Ubicación excelente, céntrica y cerca de muchos lugares de interés y de la Medina. Repetiríamos mil veces!!! Recomendable 100%.

Breakfast was disappointing and not ready on time. Few choices but if you're hungry you'll eat it. Great coffee machine. The staff are friendly but view you as a walking ATM. They tell you a price to go somewhere, when you walk two hundred metres up the road, a taxi is half the price to the same place.

Unfortunately, this hotel was nothing like what was advertised. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property, inside or outside. During our stay we experienced no Wi-Fi, bathroom doors that would not close, ripped sheets with cigarette burns, stained chairs, broken electrical sockets, a fridge that didn't work, rust throughout the hotel, poor cleanliness and a clear lack of maintenance. The breakfast was extremely basic and repetitive, far below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The pool area had damaged flooring, broken parasols, accumulated rubbish and broken furniture. The restaurant looked completely different from the advertised photos, had very few tables and didn't even sell small bottled water. The hotel bar was also not operating. Our room key stopped working every day and had to be reprogrammed repeatedly. Towels and toilet paper were also missing during the first days until we requested them (also a challenge to have this provided). The staff were polite and did their best, and after our complaint there was a visible effort to improve the service. However, the main issue is the hotel's overall condition, which staff cannot fix. The Spa was also not operating. My personal advice, look for another property.

Rent og pent rom og veldig god plassering i gamlebyen. Dette kunne vært et veldig flott hotell om litt enkelt vedlikehold hadde vært utfør, som f.eks. skrudd fast dørhåndtakene så de ikke faller av, og fylt i med litt maling der den flasser av på fasaden. Rene og pene store rom med gode senger. Profesjonelle og veldig hjelpsomme ansatte.

Sentralt men litt slitent hotell. Deilig med frokost inkludert. Bra med basseng men usikker på hvor rent det egentlig var

I stayed for 7 nights in the Prestige Suite, which was very spacious and offered a fantastic view. The room stated sleeps 4 however it was just 1 double bed and a sofa. The hotel’s interior is modern, stylish, and generally very clean, although there are a few areas that could benefit from repairs or redecoration. The spa was not open during my stay, but the swimming pool is a good size, well maintained, and clean. Breakfast was generous with a good selection, and all of the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the Grand Socco and the beach. Taxis are also readily available outside the hotel, making it easy to get around Tangier. On the downside, the air conditioning could be more powerful, especially during the hotter days, and some room fridges were not working. However, the staff were happy to store items in the hotel kitchen fridge when needed. The corridors and public areas were kept clean, and we found that if you tipped the room attendant, they went the extra mile to provide exceptional service and ensure the room was well looked after. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The spacious rooms, excellent location, friendly staff.

Bon hôtel

I’m so happy I chose Hotel Don Alfredo. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The outdoor breakfast terrace is beautiful, cozy, and a lovely place to start the day. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was kind and welcoming, and the hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, and I loved the window overlooking the street. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s charming, comfortable, and has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. 9/10!

À notre arrivée, on nous explique que la chambre n’est pas disponible car elle a était donné à d’autres personnes. Nous nous retrouvons alors à dormir à 3 dans un lit à 2 car s’était la seule option. Aucun serviettes de douche sur tous les séjour alors que nous les avons réclamé au minimum trois fois pas jour. La piscine est en mauvais état et les transat aussi. Le spa est fermé définitivement mais s’est signalé nul part. Impossible de rajouter les petit déjeuner sur place

Réservation faite en ligne avec paiement sur place ....à mon arrivée pas de chambre disponible, aucune aide de la part de la réception de l hôtel, aucun respect et aucune amabilité voire humanité.... Je ne renouvellerai sûrement pas mon expérience...

J’y ai passé un très agréable séjour, la chambre est confortable et propre et la vue sur mer très jolie; mais le liner de la piscine a besoin d’être changé.

L’hôtel est vétuste, ne pas se fier aux photos. Le personnel est aux petits soins. L’emplacement est excellent. La vue des chambres est belle.

This property is in great location, right next to medina, and this is the biggest positive point for it. Property has nice flowers in the front but the building is extremely old on the inside and outside. When we arrived around 1pm and asked if our room was ready (sometimes this can be the case per my experience tralelling to multiple other countrirs), i was told that it was not (which was Ok), and that a real check in time per Expedia was wrong and it was 3pm, not 2 pm. The receptionist lady mentionrd that service in Morocco is very different from service elsewhere and i should not be expecting too much. Our room was outdated; there was no balcony as the picture showed on Expedia. The room and bed were clean. Towels were so old that they were gray in color and had holes. Safe did not work. The only iron on the property was broken. The gentleman who helped with our bags was very helpful and very nice. The restaurant on the property was good and had a nice view. Taxi service offered in the lobby was 100 dirham in cash paid to the hotel for a 10-minute ride, which i feel like was too much for the distance and time of the driver.

It appears to have been a grand hotel at some point in the past but it is clear that it has not been maintained to that level for many years. For example, Bathroom door didn’t close, furniture were worn out. Place definitely needs a paint job. However the place was clean with nice view of the water and the pool area was nice. Location is great, close to the Medina. So I would say it’s good value if you don’t expect much and don’t mind the appearance too much.

We have a really nice room, it wasn't cheap tho so sad it wasn't clean, it has a balcony where I was tryin to play with my kids but was really dusty. I got two cribs for my babies but whit not mattress, juts some puffy quilts that kind of save the situation lol anyway I was there only for a night, we did went to another hotel for dinner and it was cheaper and was looking more modern and better. Not bad for a un planing trip, will save you!

Very run down staff nice but more 2 star than 4. Wouldn’t stay here again location is great to be fair
