Close to the train station. Room was okay to good; though can use some better cleaning.

We arrived late, so we found ourselves a closest place to the train station. The employees there were very friendly, the room was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT. Pratiques malhonnêtes et mépris total du client. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. J'avais une réservation de 6 nuits, payée intégralement à l'avance. En raison d'une perturbation de vol, j'ai prévenu à l'avance, par écrit, via la plateforme de réservation officielle, que mon arrivée serait légèrement décalée d'un jour. Résultat : à mon arrivée sur place, l'hôtel m'a tout simplement REFUSÉ le check-in, prétendant n'avoir reçu aucune notification, et a annulé purement et simplement ma réservation déjà payée en intégralité, sans aucune justification valable. Encore plus grave : le personnel sur place a REFUSÉ tout dialogue, a refusé de vérifier leurs propres emails, a refusé de répondre au téléphone à la plateforme de réservation qui essayait de les contacter, et a même refusé de transmettre l'appel à un responsable. À la place, ils ont eu le culot de me proposer de me "faire un prix" pour une nouvelle réservation, alors que j'avais déjà payé l'intégralité du séjour. Cela ressemble fortement à une tentative de double facturation / pratique frauduleuse pure et simple. Je me suis retrouvé seul, dans un pays étranger, sans hébergement, en plein désarroi, après avoir pourtant respecté toutes les règles et prévenu à l'avance. Aucune considération, aucun respect, aucune solution. J'ai dû trouver un autre logement par mes propres moyens, dans l'urgence et à mes frais. Un établissement qui traite ainsi des clients ayant déjà payé l'intégralité !

Le personnel correct.propre pas plus.on était au 5 étage.beaucoup de bruit provenant du 6 étage.l internet très faible.il se coupe et revient.impossible de lire les nouvelles sur IPad.

Even though I had made a reservation through Expedia, I was refused accommodation on the grounds that the hotel was fully booked.

Hôtel très propre et très bien placé en plein centre de Rabat à côté de la gare. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais peut être amélioré

Lovely multilingual staff, superb location to central Rabat & train station/tram, very clean, had bidet, they were able to store our luggage for several hours on the day of check out

This hotel is such a scam, I came to Morroco for a business interaction and booked this hotel way before I came (from thursday to monday fully booked and paid mind you that). Unfortunately my plane delayed and I couldn't make it on time to check in. Then when I arrived at the hotel they said "You missed the check-in so we gave the room to another customer (???) and we won't refund you." I said okay cause it was already passed midnight by the time, I said "Then can I check in for the other days (that I fully paid)." They said "No we can not give you a room for the whole trip you booked it is cancelled and non refundable." What kind of scam is this?? What happened to the other days that I paid? I contacted hotels.com and they couldn't help me either. This is the first time I had a bad experience like this with this site too. Middle of the night I found another hotel and walked all the way with my luggage and all my money was wasted. Strongly not recommended! Very rude and not ethical!
