J ai séjourner dans cette hôtel avec ma famille chambre catastrophique Robinetterie casse propreté très sale insalubre plus d eau chaude et là musique jusqu’à 1h du matin impossible de se reposer c est inadmissible pour un hôtel propose sur votre site cette hôtel mérite aucune étoile Et demande un remboursement de mon séjour

Can’t complain too much, you get what you pay ! But, need to upgrade breakfast menus, otherwise, it’s in a central location and busy street , but good polite staff, always ready to help. Very good smile on everyone faces.

Des cafards,des fourmis à gogo ,Pdj pauvre. Les réceptionnistes et bellboys qui ne disent pas bonjour qui vous regardent mal. Chambres pas nettoyées liste très longue des choses qui ne vont pas dans cet hôtel

Le personnel était au top ..malgré un établissement situé dans une rue assez fréquentee donc bruyante...
Sans parlé du bar voisin dont la musique raisonne dans la chambre jusqu'à minuit....
Nous sommes rentrés un soir vers 21h30 avec mon fils de 13 ans...je ne me suis pas sentie a l'aise dans la rue....
Ne pas faire avec des enfants ou en famille

Property has false advertisement on Expedia. It said parking included but no parking when I arrived.
Also, AC is broken, too hot to sleep. Safe is broke. They switched the room for me which is good.
Because parking is must have for me, properly refused to refund which is disappointing.

With all those problems, properly refused to refund. Terrible management.
