The room needs lots of fixing. Hot water is limited, shower head was broken and toilet seat cover was loose. Check in stays at 2pm even though expedia shows noon and they will make you wait. Continental breakfast was OK. Staff were nice.

There was bugs in the first room, we changed and it was clean.
The staff helped us to organize a transport to the airport at 2am. The were helpful.

Can’t complain too much, you get what you pay ! But, need to upgrade breakfast menus, otherwise, it’s in a central location and busy street , but good polite staff, always ready to help. Very good smile on everyone faces.

Property has false advertisement on Expedia. It said parking included but no parking when I arrived.
Also, AC is broken, too hot to sleep. Safe is broke. They switched the room for me which is good.
Because parking is must have for me, properly refused to refund which is disappointing.

In its day this would have been a really lovely hotel but it is very dated now and in need of a real upgrade in the rooms. We only needed a bed for the night as it was a quick overnight stay for sight seeing so for us it was fine for 38£ a couple with breakfast so you couldnt go wrong. Staff were very good.

The included breakfast was great. Tea, coffee, hard eggs, olives, traditional pastries, yogurt. The A/C worked great and the property was very quiet at night. However the WIFI only works in the lobby.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. A bar next door had some rowdy people.A big difference in what I am used to in the US hotel. I thought the elevator was tiny , space for 3 people . But so far all the hotels we stayed at was the same.
