Rooms are very simple with easy access to the pool and to the beach.

The place is very nice good price and nice stay except the beach access is not as pictures you need to have your umbrella and chairs the hotel do not provide it. But overall it is not an issue as it is just 2 min from the room

Le personnel est très gentil et l’endroit est agréable . Cependant ça manque peu D’entretien . Le spa n’est pas accessible et il faut le mentionner tout comme les transats sur la plage . On nous dit la période estivale n’est pas encore ouverte mais il faut changer les habitudes .

Nice and clean room. Property is very well-maintained with beautiful gardens and outdoor pool. We had dinner and breakfast, both were wonderful! Would recommend staying here

Overall rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) We had a smooth check-in, the gentleman who assisted us was kind and professional. The bar has a nice, nostalgic vibe, and the property itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite outdated, bland, and felt empty. Breakfast, however, was excellent. The waiter serving us was outstanding: professional, polite, and very accommodating. Everything went well until checkout. The front desk receptionist in the morning was extremely rude and dismissive. When I approached her to ask about the restaurant, she didn’t even bother to stand up or greet my wife and I, properly. Later, when I asked about extending our stay and mentioned we weren’t satisfied with our room, she acknowledged it was outdated and said, “What do you expect?” I asked if we could move to a poolside room since the hotel was nearly empty. We barely saw any other guests. Instead of checking with a manager, she flatly said yes, but only at the premium rate. When I politely asked if they could make an exception given the situation, she looked my wife up and down and said “no”, rudely. Up until that point, we actually enjoyed our stay despite the dated room, but her attitude completely ruined the experience. To make matters worse, when I came to check out, she was flirting with her manager in the back office and ignored me until I tapped my key on the desk to get her attention. Overall, a disappointing end to what could have been a pleasant stay.

C'est un endroit digne des resorts qu'on retrouve dans les caraibes avec de la végétation abondante et une grande et très belle plage. Le personnel est très gentil et très accueillant. La propreté est numéro un. La seule chose qui était négative est que le coffre de sécurité ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre. Je recommanderai cette place.

Proximité de la plage, établissement propre, extérieur très agréable, personnel aussi.
