服务态度很好，但是前一天用的毛巾没更换直接叠好又放上去了。WiFi效果不好，总是断。早餐还不错～晚餐特别贵，一样的东西出门在集市的小店吃价格不到一半。

It's quiet, comfortable and relaxing once you are inside the riad, and the staff is very helpful. If you are arriving by cab, you will most likely be dropped off near the tower of Kasbah Mosque, which is about as close as you can get by car. From there it's about a 5 minutes' walk. A first-time visitor will find it quite challenging, or even impossible, to find their way to the riad; the best option is to pre-arrange with the riad so one of their staff will meet you where you get dropped off and escort you to the place. Or better still, arrange with the riad for pickup at the airport so that the driver is also aware of the end to end logistics and can contact the riad on your behalf if there is any confusion. You will pass through a crowded, chaotic marketplace and some narrow alleys, and even an opening cut into (what seems like) an old city wall, to get to the riad. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and refined neighborhood for your stay in Marrakech then this is not for you. If you like to be right in the middle of a commercial + residential neighborhood in the old city and stay among the local residents, then you are in the right place. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we never felt unsafe or harassed. A big plus is that you can walk to many of the top sights in the old city from there, and other common attractions are a reasonable cab ride away. Be prepared to negotiate down the cab fare, or you will be overcharged.

This Riad was amazing! Dinner and breakfast were superb! Noureddine the manager was excellent. He arranged our pick up from the airport and even met us at the drop off point to take us to the Riad. He went out of his way to make our stay the best it could have been!! Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Séjour absolument fantastique ! Accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous à tout moment, toujours souriant et attentionné. Un immense merci a Noureddine qui n’hésitait jamais à se réveiller pour nous accueillir lorsque nous rentrions tard. La chambre était magnifique, très confortable et parfaitement entretenue. There was water damage in riad and smelled like musty mildew. No tissues, ran out of toilet paper. We ended up with a different room due to the water damage. No welcome drink and no one to greet us. We had to call and wait for letting us in for checking in. We decided to go to the square for dinner. Asked the staff how to come back since we had an issues at check in. We were reassured to just ring and/or knock and we would be let in. We arrived at the riad to knock and ring over and over. Called 15 times without any answer. Waited outside, late at night for almost 20 minutes before we were let in as the only staff member was sleeping. I would definitely not stay here again!

Breakfast was limited

Very warm welcome. They helped us in the beginning to setup our SIM cards. The whole Riad was very well decorated. The room was renovated, warm, and nicely decorated. Breakfast could be better but good enough.

Bellissimo e intimo Riad in posizione comoda per visitare Marrakesh. Ci sono solo cinque stanze e tutto è curato nei particolari. Consigliatissimo prenotare la cena, ottima, ingredienti genuini e sapori incredibili serviti nell’ intimità del giardino comune. Fantastica anche l’esperienza dell’hamman, una vera coccola. Il personale è assolutamente eccellente, sa farti sentire a casa e non l’ospite di un hotel. Un piccolo gioiello per soggiornare a Marrakech.

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Dar Massai. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The Riad itself is beautifully decorated, peaceful, and full of charm, a perfect escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh ingredients and a lovely setting to enjoy it. The location is ideal, 10 min walk to Jma el Fna but tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. The team were always available to offer recommendations or help arrange anything we needed, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Highly recommend Riad Dar Massai to anyone visiting Marrakech. Special thanks to Nourdine and Adam for the lovely service provided.

La struttura è nel cuore della Kasbah e dista non più di 15' a piedi dalla Medina. La camera e il bagno sono abbastanza spaziosi, la colazione è espressa e abbondante, ogni giorno con qualcosa di diverso, ma la cosa migliore è senza dubbio Nordine, sempre presente, gentile e disponibile.

Tutto perfetto , personale gentilissimo, Riad pulito e silenzioso .
