Malheureusement tout ne s est pas bien passé En effet j avais réservé par votre intermédiaire des excursions indiquées chauffeur / guide or nous n avons pas eu de guide Du coup ces excursions sont hors de prix juste pour un chauffeur L excursion à Volubilis coûtait 1000 dirhams uniquement pour un chauffeur sans l entrée sur le site ni guide L hotel Sahrai 5 étoiles propose cette excursion au même prix avec guide et entrée (100 dirhams/personne ) incluse Nous avons la désagréable sensation de nous être faits avoir J en ai parlé à votre personnel mais à part le tristement célèbre " je suis désolé " rien n à été fait Un geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu De plus vous ne prenez pas la carte de crédit pour la taxe de séjour ce qui n est pas pratique et devrait être indiqué sur votre site Bref une mauvaise expérience dans votre établissement Dommage

Room was excellent and the experience with the staff was so enjoyable (shout out to Hamsa and the team). We’ll be back to this Riad, no question.

The place was fine, the manager lovely, the porter horrible. He did not like me and it showed. He would exclude me out of conversations, and made a point of it. Made the last night terrible. My singular worst experience in Morocco and he's the reason why I will never go to a riad or bed and breakfast again. I don't need the personal touch if it means having to deal with nasty personalities

Tout simplement merveilleux! La terrasse sur 2 niveaux est magnifique. Le personnel est attentionné et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse. Un très beau Riad!

Great location in the heart of Fez! Tahir was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was nice as well and the Riad is VERY cute! If we are ever back in Fez, we will definitely stay here again.

By far the best riad I've been to in Morocco and also one of the best places I've stayed in overall. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, the location is great, but most outstanding is the hospitality. The two guys at the reception are incredibly kind and helpful. Also, the dinner was very good.

Service was amazing! Rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. Very safe well located within the Medina, next to the Batah Gate and near the famous Blue Gate. The hosts are very attentive to your needs and very accomodating and helpful to make your stay memorable.

Riad was very beautifully decorated and staff was extremely polite and friendly. We had small issue not able to wash our clothes, but staff took us to a local laundry mart 2 mins away from riad and we got our clothes washed and dried in less than two hours. Breakfast is fast and fresh, suggest to have eggs or omelettes for hot breakfast option. Room was spacious and clean, area is very quiet, as long as other guests inside riad is not having a party, you will have a good night sleep for sure. We enjoyed our stay there and thank you very much!

This Riad in Fes was beautifully presented and maintained. It had the authentic Moroccan ambiance with beautiful furnishings and details as shown in the site. Both Tahir and Hamza were very welcoming and helpful to see to all our needs and questions. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean and modern. The hamman and massage experience was very private and amazing. We were treated to lovely breakfasts with an lively cook, Fatima, it felt like we were in a warm and friendly home. The only issue was getting to the Riad from the main road-access is limited as we needed to carry or roll all our luggage for quite a while. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Localização excelente, na Medina mas não muito por dentro a ponto de se perder. Decoração lindíssima, limpeza e atendimento. Cada detalhe muito bem pensado. Como ponto de melhoria sugiro o café da manhã (que é maravilhoso) começar mais cedo, 8:30 para muitos turistas é muito tarde. O ideal seria 7:30. Achamos o quarto muito frio em janeiro mesmo com aquecedor (o mesmo desarmava). Voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo demais esse Riad. Lindíssimo.

Very much enjoyed our short stay - very nice hotel near the entrance to the Medina, so access from our car was easy. Note that if you want to have dinner there, one needs to give them notice early in the day or they may not be able to accommodate you with a full meal. Good to know because dining options in the Medina itself seem limited.
