Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Zimmer sind zwar sauber und haben auch angenehme Betten aber das komplettpaket ist definitiv keine 5 Sterne. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr lustlos, vorallem die an der Rezeption. Es gab keine Begrüßung, es war sehr kalt von der Stimmung. Während unserem Aufenthalt war sogar der Rooftop geschlossen, wegen Bauarbeiten. Das Personal im Restaurant war nett, nicht alle aber einige haben sich Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstück war ganz ok, es gab jedentag das gleiche, kaum kreativ für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Aber das essen hat geschmeckt. So im grosen und ganzem war es für den preis den wir bezahlt haben OK.

The room was stunning and spotless. The staff arranged for a cab to get me from the airport when I arrived late, and helped me with a tour around the city. They checked in with the taxi to make sure I arrived to the airport on time for my departure as well. As a solo traveler. I really appreciated their attention and assistance so I could find my way around.

The internet was very slow and poor. It was very inconsistent. The room was fine but for two people sleeping in two beds, we did not have enough blankets or towels. The cleaning staff took one of our room keys. Staff called a very poor car ride to the airport for us - the vehicle was very odorous and made us both sick. It was an overpriced and nauseating ride. The toilet had a problem and was not flushing properly. The rooftop was not available. The gym is three machines and a few weights. Breakfast had a good assortment but it was low to average quality. Disappointing stay all around.

Balkon, mit fantastischem Blick auf den Arab League Park, der Sacred Heart Cathredral, und dem Turm der Hassan II Mosque. Zentrale Lage, 10 Min. zu Fuss bis zum Mohammed V Square, 15 Min. bis zum United Nations Square. Sehr sauber, Bettwaesche und Handtuecher werden taeglich gewechselt, sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Fruehstueck ist in Ordnung. Die Stadt ist laut, und die Fenster nicht schalldicht, was die Schlafqualitaet beeintraechtigt
