Magnificent stay at this property! The hotel was clean and my room was great! The staff are super friendly and helpful! The rooftop area is really cool and the hotel is very close to the Arab League park which I loved. Highly recommend this location.

Sincerely I had a good staying in hotel.First is very clean. I felt very comfortable in my room, Air conditioning is good, I really enjoyed my stay. I am using a cane, Ahmed the restaurant responsible he's very welcoming person. We had different choice in breakfast. Also he offered me an outstanding meal lunch in my room (price very reasonable). I paid it when I checked out. Also there is a young man named Younes he's very helpful at anytime you calling him for room assistance. His shift starts at 3 pm. He assisted me very nicely. All the stuff are very disciplined. I really enjoyed my staying in this hotel.

ROACHES IN THE HOTEL. Before encountering the LIVE ROACH in my shower, I would have written about how certain I am that someone was bribed to list this as a five star hotel. The bed was not a king, as described, and the towels were greying and ratty around the edges. Now, for better or worse, my encounter with a roach in the room takes center stage. This happened on the first day of our trip and we immediately left. However, the person at the front desk refused to refund us. In fact, he said that everyone with the authority to issue a refund will be on holiday for the next week. Hotels.com is currently working to secure us a refund given the circumstances of our departure.
