Helpful staff at front desk and one of them can speak some Chinese. Although my booking was a standard room, they upgraded my room to a luxury one. However, the condition of the outside lane to Hotel is very bad, it was always muddy during my four days staying there.

Very friendly and helpful could not do enough for you,breakfast is good plenty to eat and nice coffee also has roof top bars with menue for food and snacks. Hotel in good location

Enjoyed my stay. The manager and staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help. I only took away one star because the bed was way too soft for me. Some people may like that, but it wasn't good for my back. The area is lively, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was okay.

Excellent service and great location, which is an important consideration in kathmandu. You are close to great nepali shopping, but also quiet away from traffic. Great traditional nepali hotel facility. Wonderful rooftop, with views of kathmandu valley and surrounding mountains. The staff will make you feel very special, in a uniquely nepali way, that I have not found in other countries, that I travel to globally.

The staff here is fantastic and friendly. A nice and quiet oasis in the midst of Thamel. Will stay here again for sure the next time I am in town.

This is my favourite hotel in Thamel and I have stayed here many times. It’s situated in a quiet corner of Thamel away from the busy streets. The rooms are nice and big, the breakfast is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel in Thamel(Old Town). Walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping area. Staffs are very helpful and polite. They always go extra miles to comfort guests. I would recommend it.

Exceptional service with very nice and clean rooms. Prabin and his crew went above and beyond in all aspects of our group of 9 stay. Highly recommend and if I find myself in Kathmandu again, I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel felt like a little home away from home. The staff make it a point to make you feel comfortable and happy. Even though the bathroom had some leaks and the bed wasn’t the greatest, I will stay here again. It is very convenient because you are close to Thamel without being in the hectic area. I walked everywhere and did not need a car unless to go to the temples. Other than that I loved the food options nearby specially the Massala Beads cafe this is a must try and it’s only 5 mins away walking.

The kindest most helpful staff! Excellent value! Nice breakfast! Has an elevator! I was traveling with my elderly mother and my two children and this was convenient.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The facilities including my room and bathroom were quite clean. The location was excellent for shopping. And the staff were very responsive, professional, and helpful. The manager, Mr. Probin Shah, took great care in making my stay memorable. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel. The price was great for the location and felt I got value for my money. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and had good variety during my 10 day stay. Manager was very willing to help coordinate any tourist activities you would like. Would definitely come back and stay again.
