-酒店職員協助處理網上購票 -細心安排往機場shuttle -只是房間地面有些塵, 杯有點污垢 -the staff helped communicate with the theatre when we wanted to change to show time of our tickets -the staff booked air shuttle for us and informed us about the change carefully -only problem was some dirt on the floor in the room, and the cups there were not clean.

Close to tram station but need to take tram to Centraal to visit the city centre.

20 mins team ride from central station route 26. Free mini bar with a soda and a bottle of beer. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is located a little distance away from the city central, but if you used the city tram it would not be a problem and you will love it. The price, staffs, room view, bed, and mini bar nothing you could criticize. Next time I will stayed here again.

I booked this hotel as it was 4 star and expected a nice experience while in Amsterdam for a conference. Entry is confusing as its the top floors of a residents building, but made it to reception on the 8th floor. Although the single room was ok, I had a shock when trying to use the shower the first morning. It was stone cold, so I went to complain. There was a print out attached to the lift and after speaking to the reception it was clear there was zero hot water in the building. After a cold shower, I went back to hear when it was coming back. But there was none! No plan no guarantees at all. Then they had the cheek to charge me for the breakfast. On the final day, I also noticed the carpet inside my room next to the door was damp, which I reported. No idea if they did anything about it. Repeat this every morning, except they removed the sign after day one. You can imagine how much it affected my conference experience. Each morning I was told to email the management, which I did. Finally I got a reply for 20% refund, which I said was insulting for a 4 star hotel with almost zero communication and a lack of a plan for the paying guests. I won't be going back and can't recommend it because of the lack of action and communication.

We had no hot water the entire stay. Breakfast was embarrassing for the £25 we paid. The wall paper was ripped on the wall. And the walls were so thin. Would not recommend staying here

There was no hot water available, room temperature control was in a terrible condition. We would not recommend this property for whosoever wants to visit great city of Amsterdam

Cleaning was ok but bed was not comfortable staff was trying to help but actually they didn’t help breakfast was not as good as they charge for it is not worth you can do far better from outside in same money which you’re paying here and there air conditioning is not working and very noisy rooms very hard to sleep over all it not a good experience I will never come back not home service no intercom and only two floors for hotel not the whole building. staff are friendly, c9mfortable bed,nice room and bathroom.Good breakfast but getting in and out of the hotel is hellish

It was good but wasn’t good as I was expecting. Good location and transport.

Be very careful especially if you are booking via Hotels.com. Evidenced by other talking to other guests as well as our own experience. They sent an email a day before our stay asking for local taxes in order to secure the room - which on inspection later turned out to be £40 overcharged compared with the Hotels.com invoice. They sent an email the day we left advising €607 would be deducted additionally. Whilst the latter turned out to be an error, dealing with Hotels.com (who are actually Expedia) turned out to be an unpleasant experience. I had to raise my voice to get the initial call handler to escalate and the complaint was not once acknowledged. After 80 minutes I managed to get the excess tax refunded. Wholly unpleasant. Other travellers mentioned charges to cards being a problem. BE VERY AWARE

Prima kamer, met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt, alleen de airco op onze kamer ( 814) kreeg het niet koel. Gelukkig nog niet warm in de nacht, dus lekker de ramen open gehad. Het ontbijt heeft zogenaamd een upgrade gehad, maar was beduidend minder dan tijdens ons laatste bezoek 2 weken geleden. Minder aanbod en geen mogelijkheid meer om een ei/ omelet vers te laten maken. Dat laten we de volgende keer maar voor wat het is. Verder wel echt een fijne uitvalsbasis voor de stad.

Not a lot in the free breakfast area. Room was kind of dirty, black marks up the walls and the floorboards felt and sounded like they were about to collapse. The smell of the hallways isn’t great and the walls are made out of paper meaning you can hear EVERYTHING from surrounding rooms. The shower was not clean and had build up on the head. Pillows on th need are practically just cushions. The TV doesn’t really work at all and the staff didn’t seem very interested generally. It’s ok if you won’t be spending much time in the hotel, and it’s very handy to get into Centraal and there’s a tram across the road. Shops right beside the hotel too. Not much else to say really.

As booked with Expedia they gave us the worse room facing building Other rooms has good views facing river I will never book with Expedia!!!

Lekker ruimte in de kamer, met alle voorzieningen en een mooi uitzicht. Ontbijt is ook echt prima en de staff ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Tram op slechts 5 minuten lopen, prima uitvalsbasis om de stad te ontdekken.
