-酒店職員協助處理網上購票 -細心安排往機場shuttle -只是房間地面有些塵, 杯有點污垢 -the staff helped communicate with the theatre when we wanted to change to show time of our tickets -the staff booked air shuttle for us and informed us about the change carefully -only problem was some dirt on the floor in the room, and the cups there were not clean.

Close to tram station but need to take tram to Centraal to visit the city centre.

20 mins team ride from central station route 26. Free mini bar with a soda and a bottle of beer. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is located a little distance away from the city central, but if you used the city tram it would not be a problem and you will love it. The price, staffs, room view, bed, and mini bar nothing you could criticize. Next time I will stayed here again.

Chambre spacieuse avec une vue magnifique Petit déjeuner buffet varié Café , thé eau plate et pétillante disponible gratuitement à toute heure à côté de la réception Un seul petit bémol pour la localisation de vélo : la veille on nous dit qu'il suffit de nous présenter à la réception mais le lendemain à 9h personne de disponible pour nous accompagner récupérer les vélos avant 11h15 donc matinée de balade annulée, dommage

The room had a mirror to see the canals. The view from the room was not directly very nice but that's alright. Got a shaving kit on request. The coffee in the lobby is good. Wifi is good too. Staff were helpful and printed out stuff I needed. Can see myself returning! Good location too.

Stay was hood. No complaints

Très belle vue des grandes chambres. Propreté très moyenne, surtout dans la salle de bain. Très bonne literie. Chambre très bruyante au 8ème étage en cas de vent (nous avons dû changer). Un peu éloigné, mais bien desservi par le Tram. Quartier peu engageant.

La mia recensione non è di impeto, ma frutto di ben due visite fatte all'hotel. La prima nei giorni 23-27/08/25 e la seconda nei giorni 10-14/02/26. Questo sta a significare che, nonostante le mancanze della prima visita, io e la mia famiglia abbiamo voluto dare una seconda chance alla struttura, collezionando però un'esperienza peggiore della prima. Siamo alla prima visita. La stanza che ci viene assegnata ha uno strano odore ma non ci facciamo caso più di tanto. In fondo la vista che abbiamo non è male e siaom una famiglia che si sa adattare. Nella notte tra il 23/08/25 e il 24/08/25 veniamo svegliati nel cuore della notte da una sirena che si rivelerà poi essere un allarme anti incendio. Spaventati, sbigottiti, spaesati non sappiamo cosa stia succedendo, cosa fare e soprattutto a chi rivolgerci visto che alla reception non c'è nessuno (per un 4 stelle mi sembra una grave mancanza). Scendiamo tutti per le scale, 8 piani a piedi, pervcchè l'ascensore è bloccato, e ci ritroviamo con gli altri ospiti all'ingresso dell'hotel. Nessuno sa cosa sia successo e perchè la sirena stia suonando. Alla fine, dopo una ventina di minuti l'allarme cessa, l'ascensore riprende a funzionare e torniamo tutti a letto. La mattina dopo non riceviamo alcuna spiegazione dal personale. Parlando con alcuni ospiti veniamo a sapere che l'allarme era probabilmente un allarme anti incendio scattato a causa di qualcuno che fumava in camera. Nonostante tutto decidiamo di dare una seconda possibilità

Easy to find, lift to 8th floor a little messy. Hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and had refreshments. My room was a good size. View on the side of another apartment block. So need to keep the curtains closed in the evening. Fridge didnt work, coffee machine had the wrong size pods, the hair dryer kept cutting out and had sellotape atound the button. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. However the walls had many scuffs, paint defects and a few areas of peeling wallpaper. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The tram stop 2 minutes from the hotel. Number 26 to Central Amsterdam so very convenient.

If you want to read a horror story or have a good laugh, start here. Throughout my entire stay, the shower drain in my original room was completely blocked, resulting in 1.5 inches of standing water in the shower after every use. I later discovered that this water was contaminated with feces and other excrement, meaning I had been showering while standing in infested water for two full days. I have seen numerous other reviews claiming the same thing about standing water in the showers that are dated to several months back, so this is a recurring issue that they haven't fixed and it finally resulted into what happened next. On the third day of my stay, while I was in the shower, feces and other excrement suddenly erupted from the drain, splattering all over me. This incident was utterly disgusting. Following this, I was relocated to a room on the 7th floor. However, this new room and the entire floor had awful smell that began the moment the lift doors opened. Every time I approached or entered my room, I had to cover my nose to tolerate the smell (and I could still smell it with my nose covered). This may be caused by the above drainage issues. Finally, the next day after this whole fiasco, I asked for a full refund. The general manager said she could only offer me two days refunded as I already had 'two good days with no problems.' Well, thank you for giving me two excrement-free days, unfortunately you could not keep the streak going on the third. Don't ever come here

FYI. This is not a hotel. It’s a hostel. Get into the location is complicated enough, but it doesn’t get any better when you get inside. The rooms are terrible and very old.
