nice neighbourhood, quiet and safe. 24 euros from airport to hotel by Uber, 8 minutes walk from tram station. Very cozy bed. But not sure it's as excellent as other 5 stars, maybe hotels are better and better equipped and decorated nowadays.

Room size is good , service is good. the only downside is that they have a very weird security policy. which they come into your room at 9 or 10 oclock without telling you. we were shocked after we came back to figure out something has changed in our room. There were a gift after we checked out which is quite sweet, even by the end of the day we gave it to some homeless on the street.

Wonderful stay at this nice hotel. We arrived New Year's Eve and were offered traditional Oliebollen which was a nice touch. The hotel has a nice clean, modern and upmarket feel to it, with friendly and helpful staff on hand. Rooms were nicely appointed, spacious with a very comfortable bed and range of pillows. Blackout curtains and soundproofing of rooms was certainly very noticeable. Location is quiet, in an affluent area of Amsterdam and a short walk to Museumplein and into the centre, or catch trams 5 and 14 from nearby Gerrit van der Veenstraat. The only minor points: for a deluxe room, the wardrobes and storage for clothing were quite minimal. Large wardrobes but with no shelving or drawers which seemed like the space was wasted and not best utilised. Also, the water pressure in the shower could've been better.

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle pour 3 personnes, personnel à l’écoute et réactif à la moindre demande. Petit bémol, l’hôtel est loin du centre à pied. Séjour très agréable pour une première à Amsterdam.

Definitiv kein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die Zimmer sind stark veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen – in Deutschland wäre das höchstens ein gutes 3-Sterne-Hotel. Vorhänge und Lampenschirme waren sehr schmutzig, der Teppich unangenehm/eklig. Auf der Außenterrasse stand teilweise über lange Zeit schmutziges Geschirr, zudem waren die Aschenbecher übervoll. Positiv hervorzuheben sind das ausgezeichnete Frühstück und das durchweg sehr freundliche und nette Personal ♡ Das Bad war in Ordnung, die Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo und Duschgel von Rituals) waren ganz nett.

Good location and quiet.

Very Disappointing Stay Check-in was at 4 PM, but even though we arrived earlier, we waited over 4 hours. We were first given the wrong room (twin instead of double), then moved to another room that was dirty and not ready. The lift was out of service, and reception staff were rude, offering no apologies at all. The manager never came to apologise. Terrible service and poor management. I do not recommend this hotel.

A La habitación me parecio muy cómoda .Yadira , La muchacha de la limpieza de habitación muy amable, estuvo siempre atenta a todas nuestras necesidades y dándonos consejos a donde podíamos ir . La señora del bar también fue muy amable. El hotel muy limpio,y en muy buena zona. Lo recomiendo 💯 Gracias a todos .
