【阿姆斯特丹住宿真心話：帶媽媽入住的真實觀察】 這次帶媽媽來阿姆斯特丹，為了省點長途旅費，選了這家設計感很強的飯店。住完後有些「真心話」想給帶長輩或大行李的朋友參考： ● 先說我很在意的點（入住前要考量自身的需求）： * 交通是場體力活：從中央車站搭船過來很快（5分鐘），但下船後的路才是挑戰。一般人走可能 8 -10分鐘，但我一個人拖著自己和媽媽的兩個大行李，足足走了快 15 分鐘。雖然有捷運，但最近的站也要走 7 分鐘，而且捷運費超貴（搭一站台幣近百元），算下來走路省錢但真的是體力活。 * 不是青旅：這裡沒有廚房、沒有冰箱，想自己煮麵或冰東西都沒辦法的 * 喝熱水很不方便：房內沒水壺，想喝熱水得跑去櫃檯要，對習慣喝溫水的長輩可能不太方便。 * 衛浴衛生考驗：我們住的是超大共用空間（約 40-50 人男女共用厠所及浴室，剛開始不太習慣，但後來就習慣了），雖然早上打掃很乾淨，但到了傍晚使用量大，洗手台常有頭髮、大家的衛生習慣不同，馬桶有些紙張鋪在坐墊上，甚至阻塞。 * 寄行李要額外收費：寄放行李收費不便宜（24小時約 € 8。 ● 值得稱讚的優點： * 店員超級和善：這點大加分！我有寫信告知媽媽年紀大，需要安排下鋪，還讓兩點到的我們先進房。 * 床鋪很紮實：木頭隔層非常結實，雖然同房人多，但睡起來很穩、沒什麼噪音，床墊、棉被非常乾淨。 * 環境佈置很有巧思：公共空間佈置得非常優美，待在裡面聊天或吃早餐真的很享受。 總結： 適合行李輕便、體力好、不打算在飯店開伙的旅人。如果你帶長輩又拖大行李，這段路真的會讓你很有感，訂房前要評估一下體力喔！ Summary (EN): The hotel is artistically stunning and the staff is incredibly kind (helped my elderly mom with a lower bunk!). However, the walk from the ferry is a struggle—it’s about 8 mins for light travelers, but took me 15 mins dragging two heavy suitcases. NO kitchen, NO fridge, NO kettle (must get hot water from the bar). Shared bathrooms for 40-50 people get messy by evening. Best for backpackers with light luggage!

The price was nice compare to other hotels and the place was new and in good shape, but need to aware that the space was tight and the bed was a little bit tall that it would be a little challenging for elderly and kids, the washroom is quite see through. But over all the staffs were nice and the room was clean，the neighbours was quite and not far away from supermarket. It is a nice place to stay.

The room is clean quiet, the front desk people are sweet and warm. very nice stay!

The hotel is perfect and the hotel Manager was so helpful and friendly Nacho was very friendly thanks will be back again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the perspective of price-to-quality balance, location, hotel amenities, room organization, and staff service — everything deserves the highest rating. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in recently.

Recomiendo el lugar. Instalaciones limpias y el personal muy al pendiente. Volvería a quedarme en este departamento.

Rooms are clean, I little on a tight space if you have huge luggages a little hard to move. Breakfast was okay. If it gets busy might have to wait for quite sometime for food

Roligt hotell med personli stil och familjär känsla. Coolt och mysigt med tunnelbana 5 min bort som tar en till centrum på några minuter. Väldigt små rum som funkar bäst som enkelrum fast de räknas som dubbelrum.

Nice place. Make sure to double check your pod for small belongings left behind. I lost an AirPod ear piece , staff was not diligent in helping to find it. I felt that they could have done more but like they clearly said in an email response: it is my problem and they are not responsible.

Staff were super friendly and helpful- Rachel, Hasna, Bea and David to name a few. Room was exactly as described and immaculately clean. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Incredible space with an interesting history and art. Great for when you just need a place to sleep. Beni was gem, he poured great drinks and even gave us a tour after his shift. Give this man a raise!

Hôtel magnifique rien à dire de ce côté là par contre le personnel n'est pas super agréable dommage

My first hostel experience and I was pleasantly surprised by encounters I had with other travelers. My pod was very comfortable. I have nothing negative to report. The BUNK has my vote and I will pass the experience on to friends and family.

Restaurant food was fresh prepared every day. Manager is Davide...great guy and very hospitable. Easy access to Metro which makes the distance to central Amsterdam very easy. Rooms are very small so keep that in mind.

Chambre propre mais la disposition pour 3 n’est pas optimale, un lit superposé ainsi qu’une chaise au moins et une tablette serait idéal, le personnel est chaleureux prévenant et certains font même des efforts pour converser en français , petits déjeuners corrects mais pain plutôt que croissant nous aurez mieux convenu, enfin pas de transport en commun proche nous avons du parcourir plus d’un kilometre pour gagner le ferry heureusement nous avons eu beau temps
