No air conditioning while they say they do have. Nothing works. When you approach them- rhey say- “manager will be here tomorrow “. No one issued my complaints.

We loved this hotel! It was even better than expected. The room was very spacious and super clean. The staff was excellent. It was right by a tram stop that made getting to and from the main train station sooo easy. We would stay here again.

After flying 9 hours overnight, we arrived to hotel at 9 am. We were told that our room was ready but check in is at 3 pm. However, if we paid 45 euros, we could have access to our room. I understand the policy is 3 pm check in. However, trying to get another 45 euros out of customers who they know are exhausted from overnight flights and dangling the room is ready but you can’t get in is horrendous. We were told that all Amsterdam hotels have the same policy. We know that not to be true as others who were on our trip that stayed in other hotels were given access to their room once it was ready. The other issue is at 1 pm, the rate to get in early went from 45 euros to 25. Just horrendous customer service. To top it off, the employees at the front desk were violently arguing with us. Will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

The Hotel location was excellent. Located near to most of site seeing places. Just be aware of the charge by taxi from airport to hotel. Should not be more than 25 Euros by taxi. Our flight arrived early, check in is 3pm and the Hotel charged an extra 45 Euros to check in early, I was disappointed with the charge as I travel alot and this is the first time I have been charged extra to check in early. I found most hotels will check you in early if a room is available at no extra charge.The hotel is very clean & has 2 elevators. There is a big supermarket nearby also near to shopping and restaurants and bakeries. There is lots to see, Near to Dam square & China town -food in China Town is very good but try and go for dinner before 7pm because the restaurants get very busy. 10 min walk to Anne Frank House (Must Book online) way ahead of your arrival or you won't get in. I booked Free Walking tours which I found really good, You tip the knowledgable tour guide minimum tip 10+ Euros per person.

Convenient location

We experienced several issues during our stay at the hotel. My room was facing the main street, and there was significant noise because people were shouting outside. The noise could be clearly heard inside the room, which greatly affected our comfort. In addition, we booked three rooms. The air conditioner in Room 116 was not working, while the air conditioners in Rooms 115 and 117 were working perfectly. However, both rooms were also facing the street, so they were affected by the same excessive noise from outside.

Lovely hotel with nice room. Hotel in a good position to get around. All staff very helpful.

Convenient location and very friendly staff. Downside was the noise, we could hear people stomping about upstairs at night and also a bit of street noise.

It was my first time in Amsterdam. I loved it. I will definitely stay again if I come back. The property was very centrally located in an area great for tourists. All the shops were nearby if I needed to buy clothes or grab a quick bite to eat. late night bars were nearby as well and public transport was very straightforward & landmarks are right outside your door. Room was bigger than I expected.

Hyggelige ansatte, rent og fint hotell. Oppleves som sentralt. Pub og restaurant i nabobygget. Dyr frokost (EUR 55 pr dag for to). Flere plasser i nærheten hvor man kan spise frokost ute til en mer behagelig pris.

Clean hotel and room. The staff is friendly. The location was very close to the central square, shops, and canals. The adjacent restaurant provides delicious food. There is also a pub with classical look.
