Mooi appartement en zag er netjes uit, Personeel ook behulpzaam

POSITIVE : kitchen fully equipped, big fridge, comfy bed/pillows, good shower pressure and size, separate light in shower cubicle. NEGATIVE : we were given a room with a faulty toilet that splashed after every flush. After wiping up the mess on the seat and floor, we quickly used up the ONE roll of toilet paper we had for our TWO night stay. I went to reception to inform of this. I was told that this issue was recorded on the computer. When I said “and yet you still put us in a room with this issue?” She blatantly just said “yes” and gave me another roll of toilet paper, a tea towel and small towel to dry the toilet each time. Stunned, I went back to the room. By the time I decided to complain, it was too late to talk to management. The next morning I went to make a complaint and got a room without an issue. No offer of discount for first night. More negatives - towels were a shade of dirty white and smallest ever had. There was no hair dryer. Couch was hard as a rock. We had to take the rubbish out ourselves, to the other side of the car park, or else! Really???? We had to do the dishes, or else! This place is called a RESORT! I don’t think so! For the price, it’s not worth it and it’s definitely NOT a resort. We will never stay here again and certainly do not recommend it.

Sauberkeit und moderne Anlage mit Wellnessangeboten

Rigtig fint sted med flotte huse og et udmærket udeområde. Tæt på Maastricht og med meget begrænset trafik i et dejligt lukket område. Ikke så mange aktiviteter i selve området, men med en lille bykerne med restaurant, bager og café. Godt til nogle dage og måske også en uge men det kræver ture væk fra området.

The place was great but the staff and the rules were not. First one bathroom had no toilet paper and the other less than half a roll. I asked for some and they acted as if I was lying and gave me 1 roll and said when I was out I had to go buy some. That is not a “resort” normality. They also charge you a cleaning fee at check in but require you take out the trash (okay), load the dishwasher (fine), but then say wash and unload dishwasher before you leave at 11. Considering that the washer takes 3 hrs to complete you need to get up before 7 to have time for breakfast and cleaning…and eat or drink nothing else. Again NOT “resort” norms.

Heerlijk verblijf. Prachtig huis met alles aanwezig wat je kan wensen.

Just outside maastricht...a 15 min walk to bus stop ideal location and lovely resort. Staff we met friendly and efficient

O hotel é lindo, muito legal, parece uma vila de casas. Nos sentimos muito bem! Restaurante, bar e padaria! Cuidado com os horários do restaurante, principalmente no jantar.O apto que ficamos era muito bom. Tv não é smart. Nosso único porém: cama muito mole, travesseiros muito ruins. Pedi 2 travesseiros extras pois eram muito moles, mas o hotel não tinha mais travesseiros....Precisa ter carro para ficar neste hotel, pois é longe da cidade!

Wir waren zum ersten mal hier und müssen sagen es war einfach top. An letzten Abend haben wir noch nach late checkout gefragt und direkt gebucht, den letzten tag sind wir dann auch erst um 20 uhr abends abgereist. Es war wirklich super schön, hatten keine Lust abzureisen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, dem Laden sowie beim Restaurant und Imbiss sind super freundlich. Man fühlt sich in dieser schönen Anlage richtig wohl. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Wir sagen ein ganz großes Dankeschön und bis bald.

Excellent séjour. L'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable, avec tout le nécessaire (sauf le PQ comme cela est souvent mentionné :-)))) !) Les services autour (café, épicerie, restaurant...) sont diversifiés et à des prix abordables pour un tel site.
