This the worst experience in my life, window is very small and the roof also is low to standup, the steps is too high and narrow to carry the luggage in the room.The toilet is smelling and tiny. The service is no service. It’s so terrible to have that price to stay in that kind of place.

the wifi is very very weak, and there are many bed bugs that we got bitten seriously, the air is stuffy and is very noisy.

Small room, a bit noisy

Clean room but the room we stayed on is very noisy as you can hear the other people going up and down the stairs and chatting loudly especially in the middle of the night. The bathroom area also doesnt have a drainage after the partion of the shower and toilet so after a shower, splashes of water goes to the toilet area which collects near the toilet. The hotel on the other hand is very close to central station and other shops which is very good.

Amazing hotel

its was near from the red area but it was on me, room was clean but not cleaned (i guess because we stayed for 2 nights only), recepcionist was gentle and helpful, would be back but with no childrens..

Great location and room was fine overall, but the ceiling light didn't work, so we needed a head torch, neither did the TV, and the shower drain didn't flow, so the wet room floor flooded, nearly flooded the room but stopped showering instead! All of these things could have been checked while cleaning and setting up room...

It was dirty. Reception asked me for cash deposit , Internet not working bathroom with out space for bend on the toilet. Could water. my most horrible experience in hotels.

habitación descuidada, hacía mucho frío y no me dejaron prender la calefacción, sólo un aparato viejo y que no calentaba, la habitación súper pequeña, no cabía nada, el baño diminuto, era una habitación que no se puede estar, mucho ruido interior, azotaban puertas, gente hablando y riendo, y también se metía el ruido exterior en la madurgada, la verdad muy malo

The daytime staff at the front desk were excellent. Very friendly and professional. Night time staff was a bit harder to understand. Overall the room was clean. A few things to know: this place is a bit strange. Small stairs randomly placed in hallways, no elevator and very tight spiral stairs between floors. My room had a private bathroom, but it was across the hall. I didn't know this until I checked in. the walls and windows are thin. You will hear everything your neighbours are doing and saying. You will hear every conversation on the street below you. Finally, they ask that you leave the key when you leave the building. Might be a flag for some people. Overall, average is a fair ranking and the price was reasonable. Next time I will move futher into the city to get away from the noise and have a bit more space in the room.

Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They were attentive when we needed assistance, and their warm attitude helped create a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. While the stay wasn’t without its small inconveniences, they didn’t overshadow the overall experience. The hotel provided a solid level of comfort, and the combination of helpful staff and a prime location made it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our time. In the end, our experience was decent, convenient, and enjoyable, and the hotel served as a reliable home base during our visit.

The hotel was really nice. Small rooms as expected in Amsterdam and could do with a refurb but it was very clean snd the staff were lovely and helpful. The area was good and within easy walking distance of everything. Loads of shops and bars and eating places around. Would recommend

I stayed in #104. It's tight. Bed was comfortable though I like a firm mattress. If you had two people you would be arguing over who got to use the blanket, it didn't reach side to side. But for me it was enough. You get a private bathroom which was nice, but be ready to do yoga to get around the sink. Very tight bathroom. Staff was lovely. Location is right at the north end of the red light district, super easy to walk to the train station, and you're sort of central to lots of restaurants and other attractions. I walked all over the downtown core easily and fairly quickly. Grab a bike and you'd get everywhere quickly. If you're used to North American hotels, even small ones, this will be a surprise, but if you've travelled in Asia at all this will be familiar. A little steep in price in my opinion, for what you get, but again, if you want to be in the hub you're there. It felt clean and though the building has history it's well maintained and the room itself was fairly modern.

It was a perfect stay. The location was fantastic , customer service by the staff at the reception was very good and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will highly recommend this hotel.
