Location is a bit far from city centre ( bus n Metro), all others are good, we enjoyed staying there!

it is a nice place to stay, with good facility, and good environment, but it is a bit far away from the city

We were a bit disappointed after having seen pictures of the hotel when we arrived. It is being renovated though, but it did not live up to expectations. It said on signs that work was going to be done between 10-18, but it started with drilling already at 1800. Good communications though, not far to walk to the tram. We were thrown out of breakfast and the staff said we couldn’t even use the coffee machine 5 minutes past ten. Service not great. Room was ok clean, but one of my travelling friends did not get a clean enough room. All in all an ok stay, but I would have expect more from what was promised.

Fin morgenmadsbuffet. Fine parkeringsforhold. Værelserne ok store men desværre med rengøring under middel. Der lå ugegammelt støv og rengøringen imellem de tre overnatninger var desværre ikke eksisterende, idet den begrænsede sig til redning af sengen og skift af håndklæder (som vi havde hængt pænt for at kunne genbruge dem). Hotellet fremstod generelt meget slidt.

Frukosten bra men tyvärr snål personal som inte erbjöd en extra kopp kaffe minuter efter stängning av frukost (trots att maskinen stod redo). Rummets städning var dålig. Rummets skick ok men slitet. Hotellet var under renovering (vilket vi inte fått information om), det var både störande ljud samt byggpapp överallt.

3/5 — Excellent hotel, one spectacularly unhelpful receptionist Let me be clear: Hotel Artemis is great. The room was comfortable, the location works, everything was exactly as it should be, except for one particular unhelpful receptionist. On Monday evening, March 23rd, around 18:35, I bought food from the vending machine in the lobby. It didn't print a receipt. Since I'm on a work trip and need documentation for expenses, I asked the receptionist on duty for help. He confidently told me that the vending machine was operated by a completely separate company, and that it was — his exact words — "impossible" to contact them. This turned out to be spectacularly false. I emailed the hotel's own general contact address and had a receipt within the hour. The charge literally shows up as "CCV*Hotel Artemis" on your bank statement. So either this receptionist didn't know that his own hotel processes the vending machine payments, or he simply couldn't be bothered to help and decided that making things up was easier than doing his job. I'll leave it to management to figure out which of those explanations is worse. Again — wonderful hotel. Just don't expect this particular front desk employee to go above and beyond. Or above and at. Or above.

Interior, a man in breakfast staff stressed around and caused a tense atmosphere around him (10:02 then he blocked everyone to get a coffee in a rude way), women staff was positive and service minded - saved the whole experience. Remodelling but no info when booked for 180 euro per night - really bad and should deduct.

Excellent visit. Hotel main entrance is under renovation but still very clean, safe. lovely staff, convenient location outside the city center.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig. Staubnetzt an den Wänden und der Boden wurde auch nur dort wo man geht gereinigt. Ja das Bett nicht verrutschen....Staubalarm. Das Personal war nett.

it was really clean and nice spot

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and the staff were kind and helpful. The food is really good both for breakfast and dinner and at a great price. Felt like staying at a luxury hotel without the price

Staff were pleasant enough but could not help when several issue arose

Not hot water for the day before I left and the morning I checked out. So I was unable to shower. Not ideal in the winter when it's 0 degrees out. Also no offer of compensation or good will gesture from the staff. Vague excuses and being told to email the bookings department. Also I've had no response to the messages I've sent regarding the matter.

Das Restaurant war top, sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Bei dem Zimmer hatten wir nicht so viel Glück, das war nicht ganz sauber. Ansonsten kann man das Hotel weiter empfehlen.
