Tudo estava formidável.
A unica coisa que senti um pouco era o trajeto do centro da cidade até o hotel. Mesmo com a disponibilidade da van, que leva e traz os hospedes até a balsa, achei que demora um pouco pela localização.
Mas de resto foi tudo fantástico. PARABENS PARA O HOTEL.

有提供shuttle bus從酒店到AMS中央車站，很方便。不過入住其間碰到酒店的大堂門口正在維修，出入都要使用員工入口就有點麻煩。早餐款式不算很多，但味道還可以。

酒店位置不错，从火车站坐免费渡轮，再走2=分钟就可以到达。周边安静，有很多小饭店和超市。就是觉得路过的街道没那么整洁，可能是居民区的原因

We were promised a ride to the cruise port. My husband and I are elderly and I walk slowly with a cane. The hotel shuttle driver did not pick us up at the front door and we had to walk around the building to catch his shuttle. I had to ask him to help me lift my bag. He was very surly and dropped us off a half mile from the ferry to get to the cruise with all our luggage. It was like pulling teeth for him to tell us where to catch ferry . He could have easily driven another few blocks closer to help us out. He swore under his breath when no tip was given. It took us another 10 blocks once we got off the ferry to get to our cruise. We saw numerous hotel shuttles dropping their guests and luggage right at the cruise port entrance . The hotel staff all were friendly but this shuttle driver left a very bad impression of our time at hotel and gives the hotel a bad review for hospitality.

Hotel relatively newer compared to other hotels in the city center. Overpriced breakfast, but supermarket nearby. You have to take a ferry to get here. They have a shuttle from the dock to the hotel, very convenient. Not much happening in Amsterdam Noord, so frequently needed to take shuttle.

Loved this hotel.. great free shuttle to ferry which was also free. Great sweets and fresh water in the lobby ! We took advantage of the free drink coupon if you chose not to have your room cleaned! Win Win! Lovely bar staff too! Well done 👏

excelente hotel e localização. café da manhã ótimo e da para turistar em amsterdan a pé, pois tem uma balsa gratuíta de 10 em 10 minutos (até 23:45) que atravessa o rio, assim, vc faz tudo a pé. Nâo vale a pena ficar nos hoteis no centro de amsterdan. No NH Noord ficarei outras vezes quando retornar a amsterdan
