Nice accommodation. My kids enjoy the time there.

Nicely maintained property in a lovely neighbourhood. It was nice to be staying where the locals lived. The only downside is that it’s a fair trek from the downtown core where most of the attractions were located. It took us more than an hour to walk there from Centraal Station with our luggage as we found it difficult to hail an Uber/Bolt, though later we discovered that taking the transit was very easy and convenient.

Numa Docklands was great for our family of 4! It was super convenient to the bus line (3 minute walk) that connected to central station, getting you anywhere you needed in the city. The apartment style room was beautiful - and the beds were the best our family has ever had while traveling!! There is an Albert Heijn grocery store two blocks away which has premade food, regular grocery store items and wine and beer. There was a school across the street that our kids loved playing in its playground in the evenings. We loved it here and would love to stay again!

Terrible experience and no hot water!! There was no hot water from the first night and continuing into the next day. This meant the apartment was not usable as intended. I had to wash using cold water in the sink and rely on wet wipes, which is not acceptable for paid accommodation. What made this worse was how it was handled. Compensation was initially offered at 15%, then increased to 30%, then 50% with a voucher, before later being reduced back to 15%. This inconsistency did not reflect the severity of the issue, and a full refund for the affected night was refused. The room itself also fell short. Despite having a kitchenette, there was no toaster and no basic cleaning items such as a sponge. There was no suitcase stand or anywhere practical to place luggage. The layout was also awkward, with a washing machine positioned in the centre of a very small room, making the space feel cramped and poorly thought out. I was eventually relocated to YAYS Amsterdam Maritime, which helped for the remainder of the stay, but it did not resolve the disruption already caused. Overall, this felt like a below standard experience, both in terms of the accommodation itself and how the situation was handled.

Complicado el transporte. Lo tomamos por estar más cerca que el aeropuerto del centro y resultó complicado ir al centro. Tuvimos que caminar mucho

Good Clean room easy check in and out good coffee machine for wen ur up early as well as convenient shops near by like lidl, bakery and 5/10mins walk to bus or trams

Apart son derece konforlu ve temizdi. Özellikle mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan tüm ekipmanı bulduk. Numa Dockland sakin bir lokasyonda olup, şehir merkezine otobüsle 15 dakika mesafede ve ulaşım çok kolay. Numa çalısanları iletişim konusunda da çok başarılı idi. İlk check in yaptığımız apart 1.katta ve duvara bakıyordu. Burada kalmak istemediğimizi mümkünse başka bir apartta kalmayı tercih ettiğimizi söylediğimizde hemen yardımcı oldular ve bizi güzel kanal manzaralı bir aparta aldılar. Özellikle Numa Dockland ekibinden Smaranda'ya yaptığı güzel jest için cok teşekkür ediyoruz. Bir sonraki Amsterdam seyahatimizde de yeniden burada kalmayı dört gözle bekliyoruz.

Lovely spacious room in a stylish hotel building.

Little far away from the town center where everything is happening if you plan on walking, but a quick Uber and you are there. Price was great and plenty of space very clean and safe. Great place.
