房間老舊！隔音很差，床睡起來很不舒服，廁所還有臭味，清潔度不好，樓梯很抖有點危險！ 在旅程中選擇這樣的飯店，會影響渡假心情！

入住登記等了一段時間，服務態度一般，溝通上出現錯誤。行李重沒法行樓梯上房間，走廊狹窄，最後安排我們在主大樓入住，內有電梯，方便很多。

令人感到失望，登記時間長，服務員態度不好，房間內是整潔，床也舒服的。

I was LOCKED in the bathroom for more than an hour in Room 201, which is a single bedroom. The lock and the handle were broken and couldn't open. Big thanks to neighbours who heard my screaming and knocking at night to save me. The next day no one clean up the room (as I saw the garbage is still there), so I was wondering how if no one knew that I was knocked. I waited till the other evening, I asked the front desk staff ( a short hair lady) whether the lock has been fixed. She said yes and asked me to check with her. I have LOCKED AGAIN! (OMG). And she asked me why I need to lock the bathroom if I am the only person in the room several times. Then I asked her WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE LOCK IN A SINGLE ROOM BATHROOM? and as I fully paid for the room, I don't think it is reasonable to get DAMAGE and non-safety room. **Please THINK TWICE before picking this hotel. (thank god that I only got a bruise on my finger when I was locked in the bathroom)

Great location. Staff very polite . Room was very big . Bathroom and beds very clean but the rest of the room was quite dusty . Bathroom very small , if like me a bit on the larger size it would be a struggle . View was awful . Never the less it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was Ok, room very small could not open the bathroom door without hitting the bed half way. Toilet half under sink and holder for shower head broken. Bed ok, heating is working good. Had a uneventful night snd that matters.

The staff here is amazing. The kindest and most helpful people. The place itself is alright, comfortable beds, mid pillows, cleaning came most days (they make beds and replace towels) but randomly skipped one.

For me I liked it it was safe and no bed bugs. However the bed sheets were not super clean

Amazing stay!

I contacted the hotel and Expedia prior 1 week in advance due to recent bed bug reports, and they both refused a refund. Expedia will not speak on when the property was last assessed, and have not taken any action or requested further assessment in light of any of the reviews regarding infestation or mould or general uncleanliness. Expedia confirmed they have had confirmation from Quentin that the issues were resolved, and assured me it was safe and clean to stay in. I arrived on 14th Feb. There was hair in the bed. Mold in the bathroom. Paint peeling off the walls and windows. Dust everywhere. Rust everywhere. Light switch fell off the wall when I switched it on. No availability else where in other hotels so had to stay 1 night. Immediately checked out early the next morning to relocate somewhere else. Front desk refused to issue a refund and told me to “email”. No accountability from the hotel. No accountability from Expedia. Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for not doing independent assessments on the properties they advertise as an agent, especially when they are absolutely disgusting.

The hotel and room need some TLC. We had no body wash for over a day, even after repeated asking. The toilet ran frequently and was quite loud. Lots of things broken off the walls in the bathroom, so they could use maintenance. Besides that, the area was nice. Stairs are rough, but it’s Amsterdam…

This was the best $93 hotel I ever stayed in. The location is great, the rooms are clean, and the check in was easy. The hot water sucks, but for $93, I’d have taken a bath in the canal!

We arrived to check in and start the process then suddenly they forgot to finish us and entertain other customers who just arrived and we felt left out after 2 who just finished checking in,

Tiny room, noisy and cigarette smoke coming in from somewhere. Well, i still got about 3 hours of sleep.

This is a great option if you want a view of the canals but don’t necessarily need a lot of space. Spent very time in the room but was great. Conveniently located near the tram stop’s and restaurant’s and shopping is a short walk across the street is any direction. Great affordable find!
