The best stay I had in A’dam on my 8 day trip, hotel is really in the Center of everything so it was a 15-20min walk to everywhere, and just crossing street was the tram stop so really easy to get there and move inside the city, staff was cool and room was really nice. Litte pricey, but its worth it if you want to avoid the time transportation to nice places in A’dam is like you’re just outside hotel and there’s everything.

I stayed in the art suite for a night while I was here for work. The hotel’s location was great; everything I needed was nearby. This was my first time checking out on King’s Day and as a solo traveller, I wouldn’t recommend it. So I went back to my hotel room for the evening and enjoyed it. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Room was absolutely tiny, we got bitten by spiders every night, there is a club below so on weekends sleep is impossible, room smelled like sewage. Just overall bad

No lift, but the amazing concierge carried my bag up to the 4th floor! Easy location for moving around town, close to a tram stop but super easy to walk as well. Lights would turn on randomly at night but otherwise had a great stay. Nice to have a bar fridge and free drinks to start your trip off. Great view of the canal from the window.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel très agréable. Nous avons juste eu un problème (régulation de chaleur) avec la douche sinon très bien.

The smell of sewage in that room was unbearable we couldnt even stay . Full refund was agrreed then back tracked upon as soon as they had a room available the following day by this time we had already spent a night in a different hotel .

Brilliant room, brilliant hotel. Stayed 18th December for 2 nights, been 4 times before, up there with the best.

Average stay for the price of rooms. Quite surprised high rated hotel like this with the price tag has a reception that shuts at 10 and have to let yourself into the property felt more like a b&b. After leaving me and my partner suffered from bed bug bits when contacting the hotel about this issue they seemed to think that it was mosquitos. Even after evening checked out by my doctor.

Loved my stay at the Supper Hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with my friend and I when we needed help navigating the city! The club was really fun too!

The staff were lovely, the location was excellent and check in was easy. The cleanliness of the room wasn’t up to standard though,

Good overall

There is a lot to like about SUPPER hotel. Location, great bar and reasonably priced. Despite the warning of noise the level we experienced was more than we expected from the description. It was loud enough to make the window panels shake and this went on into the early morning. Instead of fighting we tried to join in and go to the bar and party. But it doesn’t do this every night. So I think you should do more than the small notice about noise. Ear plugs and or free drinks as that might make it easier to put up with.

The staff were super helpful, very polite and had great knowledge of local area. Always smiling and happy to help. Really fancy room with everything we could possibly need including welcome drink and nibbles in mini bar too!

Great spot close to lots of shopping and activities. Easily walked to museums and even Chinatown. Very convenient. No elevator and the stairs can be kind of tough being a little narrow but still good overall.

Tiny room. No sitting area.

No space to remove clothes from suitcase.

What a little gem, we booked the Champagne suite for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. The complimentary bottle etc in the mini bar was a lovely touch qnd appreciated. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location is spot on and walking distance to everything we needed. No complaints for us. Thank you
