Loved my stay at the Supper Hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with my friend and I when we needed help navigating the city! The club was really fun too!

Good overall

There is a lot to like about SUPPER hotel. Location, great bar and reasonably priced. Despite the warning of noise the level we experienced was more than we expected from the description. It was loud enough to make the window panels shake and this went on into the early morning. Instead of fighting we tried to join in and go to the bar and party. But it doesn’t do this every night. So I think you should do more than the small notice about noise. Ear plugs and or free drinks as that might make it easier to put up with.

The staff were super helpful, very polite and had great knowledge of local area. Always smiling and happy to help. Really fancy room with everything we could possibly need including welcome drink and nibbles in mini bar too!

Great spot close to lots of shopping and activities. Easily walked to museums and even Chinatown. Very convenient. No elevator and the stairs can be kind of tough being a little narrow but still good overall.

No space to remove clothes from suitcase.

What a little gem, we booked the Champagne suite for 2 nights and it was perfect for us. The complimentary bottle etc in the mini bar was a lovely touch qnd appreciated. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. The location is spot on and walking distance to everything we needed. No complaints for us. Thank you

Very unique hotel with some

If you stay in the cozy canal suite, be warned you are on the top floor. I was aware there was no lift but 5 flights of stairs is just wow. There is no wardrobe to hang your clothes and i didnt like the fact there is no toilet door. So no privacy. The bed was not comfy at all and kept curling round. Breakfast was nice and staff were lovely.

Room not suitable for bedroom. There no way to put clothes in ,room too dark , tv not working at all and shower tray flooded to bathroom floor

Tolles und super freundliches Personal, cooles Konzept und perfekte Lage !

Die Einrichtung ist nicht so fancy wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Allgemein ist das Hotel sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Wir hatten das Zimmer ''Le Noir''. Dass es dunkel eingerichtet ist, war uns klar. Aber, dass die Lichtverhältnisse so schlecht sind hätte ich nicht gedacht. Man hat kein Tageslicht geschweige denn Luft außer die Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer wirkt sehr stickig und einengend, da es maximal durch LED Stripes und 2 Kleinen Nachtlampen beleuchtet werden kann. Sich zu schminken war eine Qual :) Es war sehr staubig und dreckig, der Beamer an der schwarzen tapezierten Wand macht auch null Spaß (sehr verpixelt durch die raue Wand). Der Eingangsbereich riecht nach einem Gemisch aus Raumduft und Toilettenabfluss, das war ebenfalls sehr unangenehm. Durch den Club nebenan kann es Nachts auch mal laut werden. Das einzig tolle ist die Lage, man ist direkt in der Innenstadt am Blumenmarkt und alle Hotspots sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Aber für den Preis werde ich nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Hotellet var ret coolt, men henvendte sig nok mest til et yngre publikum. Vi havnede øverste oppe og der var ingen elevator, så der skulle slæbes kufferter. Det havde masser af charme og rigtig godt

This hotel is located in a great location and was central, great for a first time visitor to Amsterdam. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room I stayed in was tidy and well-presented. My only advice would be for any light sleepers to potentially looking at other options as you will hear some noise from nearby venues.
